Our stay was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 9 of us. Spacious. Pool was warm with lots of lounge chairs. Place always clean. Response time for anything was amazing. Easy 10 minute walk to beach. Overall just a wonderful stay. Would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group for our weekend trip to the track. Great location. Short walk to the beach, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to Gulfstream Park and 20 minutes to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Unit was clean and everything went flawlessly.

Nice location

Stayed here with three generations of family and it was a great spot. Just as advertised, easy walk to the beach and the backyard pool is nice. The little kids loved being near the waterway and watching the boats go by.

Fun Family House

After a family wedding we stayed the following week with 7 family members who all wanted something different from a vacation. Some of us wanted to relax and enjoy sunny days and home cooked meals and some want the beach, and the young crowd wanted an easy drive to Miami. We got it all here. Lots of room for everyone!

Great Location, but v poor value

We selected this property to bring us to Hollywood, FL for spring break. There were a total of 5 adults, 2 young children (5 and 7) and one infant. The Good: There were certainly enough BRs to accomodate us. There was a pack n play provided. The pool was quite nice and heated. Certainly enough space in the house. The Bad: (1) The ice maker in the frig never worked and we had purchase ice. (2) The oven was missing a shelf. To the manager's credit, he was able to secure another one after several days. (3) There were sugar ants all over the place. An exterminator did come during our stay. That was helpful, but unfortunately this was an unpleasant surprise. (4) The rear wooden patio floor had several broken planks which posed a hazard, especially for barefoot children. The Worst: (1) After being there a few days, the police posted a notice on the front door that the owner was in violation for advertising a home to accommodate so many people! (2) On arrival the garbage bins were filled. During our stay the recycled bin was never picked up. (3) We experienced the massive storm/flood that struck the Ft Lauderdale area on Apr 12-13. We had almost 20 in of rain on an already saturated ground! While not the manager's fault, the outcome was V Poor. One bathroom and 2 BRs were flooded. The toilets stopped functioning on Apr 12 until late Apr 13. The house was essentially uninhabitable (and unsafe for children) for the last 4 days of our stay. Most of us evacuated on Thursday (with the manager's help). The manager offered/provided a refund of 3 days while the house was uninhabitable for 4 days! Having personally experienced a flooded basement in our home, I found it incredible that the house was offered for rent within days of our departure. Clearly there had been no remediation (replace drywall, etc.). For the amount we were charged for our stay, this rental is not worth it! One other note. The neighborhood is v upset with the rental properties in their area. There is signage protesting this.

Nice Property

Nice safe neighborhood and the walk to the beach is as described. If you have a large group there is not enough comfortable seating in the family room and the tv was difficult to figure out. Pool was great but the deck needs some work. Lots of space. We would stay there again if we had a large group. Management was responsive.

Great stay in Hollywood

Perfect house for 2 families. Walk to beach in 5min. House was perfect with sleeping options and pool was fantastic. Only problem we had was outside deck had rotted wood and exposed nails. Deck needs replacing.

Highly recommend

The property was exactly as described, close to the beach and to restaurants. It was in a residential area that was quiet and clean. We could easily walk to Hollywood Beach. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and immediately corrected the one problem that we had. The pool was well maintained, clean, and warm; we enjoyed it immensely. Our family of six all agreed that we picked the perfect place for our vacation, getting together from various areas.

Family Vacation

There were many things to enjoy about our vacation in Hollywood Florida. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and outdoor entertainment was perfect. The home was clean and the pool and yard continued to be maintained while we were there.

Comfortable & Convenient

We had a wonderful stay! It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach but worth it. This house was the perfect fit for our family of 6, and probably would’ve been good with 8. The house was simple and comfortable. The pool was amazing. We had one small issue and management/maintenance handled it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great House with lots of space

For our annual ladies trip, we chose this house for the five of us to spend a few nights. There were 5 of us so the five bedrooms were great, and there was still room for more. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. Only wished it was possible to walk to the beach. Had to drive and parking was $30. Beach is lively and a fun place to hang out to eat, drink, relax, and or all of the above.

Great location and quiet neighborhood

Our family stayed at this vacation home while husband was attending business matters. It's a bit tricky to walk to the beach, but figured it out. The property was very clean when we arrived and easy to get into. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because there was no coffee nor was there detergent to use the washer. We have stayed at several other vacation properties and little things like coffee, and detergent make a great difference. We still enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hollywood Properties. Side note: No joke about using mosquito repellent. They will eat you alive if you don't use it. I have about 50 mosquito bites all over my body.
