Very equipped home! Was perfect for our family stay. The backyard is truly all you need! Amazing pool and space, plenty of seating. We loved our time here! Walkable to beach and restaurants. We didn’t even need a car! Would be great with small kids/baby as there is a crib and toys. Would love to stay again!

Great location, easy walk to beach and great restaurants/cafes. Very well maintained, clean and well stocked house. 6 adults stayed very comfortably here. Host very communicative and responsive. Worked a couple of mornings with no problems. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Lauderdale-by-the-sea is a great relaxed vibe; perfect escape from the long New England winter.

We had to book a last minute stay for my husband’s sisters funeral. We were not having the best of time just because of the circumstances in which we had to come to Florida. When we got to the house EVERYTHING was perfect. Clean and very welcoming. The best were perfect! Everything was perfect. Our hostess Andree was absolutely amazing!!!! I would definitely book again! 10/10 would reco!

The renovated house was stunning—spotlessly clean and in the perfect location, just minutes from downtown. What really set it apart, though, were all the thoughtful kid-friendly features. From the crib and high chair to toys, kitchenware, and everything else you could possibly need for little ones, this home truly makes traveling with children a breeze. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip!

Absolutely amazing, spent most of our days at the pool. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was awesome! Andree was amazing as well. Ft. Laudy by the Sea

This property was exactly what we were looking to do a quick warm, sunny getaway! We walked to the downtown beach area in about 7 minutes. The pool was great! If people didn’t feel like the beach they could stay back and still enjoy time outside.

We had an awesome time at this property! Very clean and had everything you need to cook and live comfortably all week. Location is perfect for relaxing or the night life if you choice to do that. Owner was very responsive and friendly! Would stay here again for sure!

We love it here.

We love this house, location and easy walkability to LBTS restaurants/bars/beach. Plenty of room for my whole family, we all loved the pool and there’s lots of seating for everyone to hang out. The house comes stocked with towels and kitchen supplies which is great. No shampoo or bathroom stuff provided so be sure to grab some from the store on your way in. Otherwise, every amenity was available. The walk to the beach is quick and you can rent a beach set up when you get down there which is great for little kids. We have stayed at the house next door to this one with the same owner 2 years ago and we will definitely be back again.

I have stayed in a lot of properties in LBTS this was by far our favorite. Clean, comfy beds, heated pool, very well stocked kitchen…and the owner was so accommodating and always in touch. My son left his charger and she gladly shipped to us. We will be back!!!

Great Spot in Lauderdale by the Sea

Enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is fantastic and the Lauderdale by the Sea community is awesome. Walkable and plenty pf parking options if the walk is too far. The swimming pool was nice after a day at the beach or fishing. The beach items were a nice touch and made our visit to the beach perfect. Would book again.

Perfect!

This home’s location is absolutely perfect for enjoying vacation. Walking distance to ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants and beach. No need to worry about finding parking. Nice family friendly night life on Commercial Ave and by the beach. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels and everything a family might need to have on hand. This was our second stay with this host and she went out of way both times to ensure our stay was just right. Book it. You won’t be disappointed. :)

Our favorite family vacation

The house has everything you need especially if you have children that are young, the host even had breast-feeding pillows, it made it easy for me with my newborn. The house is clean. The location is conveniently located pretty much everything is walking distance, including lots of restaurants bakeries and the beach. The host was extremely responsive and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will make this our annual vacation home because we loved it that much. Yes highly recommend !
