  • Esta casa de 5 dormitorios de un solo piso fue construida en 1938 y es la casa más notable en el área histórica de Colee Hammock de Ft. Lauderdale Las 2 áreas comunes proporcionan mucho espacio para cualquier grupo. Hay espacio para dormir adecuado. Las camas Queen en 3 habitaciones más dos camas nido en la cuarta habitación aseguran que todos en su grupo duerman cómodamente. Barbacoa en la terraza y comer bajo el porche cubierto. The house and the host are phenomenal. It is about a 40 minute walk to the beach . The houses pool was wonderful! We’d stay again and highly recommend the property .

Was a great little place to stay. Within walking distance of several places. Highly recommend to rent the golf carts to drive around. It was so much fun for me and my family.

Great location and back yard

The owner was awesome and the back yard pool was so much fun. Very good location close to restaurant bar and a golf cart away from the beach.

Fun Trip, Great Spot!

Stayed here with some buddies for a bachelor party. Close to Los Olas and plenty of food options. The host was great with communication and was flexible when we arrived a few hours earlier than anticipated.

Overall we had a great stay. The location was excellent — close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, which made everything really convenient. The host was also easy to communicate with and responsive throughout the trip.There were a few quirks worth noting. Some of the lighting/light switches were difficult to figure out, and the bedding wasn’t the most comfortable. I’d also say the space may not realistically sleep 12 people comfortably depending on the group setup. That said, we still enjoyed our time and appreciated the location and accessibility of the property. Pretty good budget option.

This property was perfect for the group of 11 we had for a bachelor party. Everyone was able to have a bed and there was plenty of space in the common areas. The pool/backyard and location are the best features, we were within walking distance or a quick Uber ride to Las Olas and the beach.

The backyard is incredible

10 of us stayed here for a friends celebration and had a great time. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was amazing! The owners were super responsive and met all of our needs. Just a note the kitchen is pretty small - we only cooked breakfast so it was totally fine. Would recommend.

Entire process was great: communication with host, instructions for check in and check out, and any issues that arose. The location was wonderful and we could Park two vehicles!! Our group spent most of our time at the property on the decks and in the pool. With 8 kids, the washer and dryers were a total blessing. We would definitely stay again if we come back!

Bachelor party

There were 8 of us that stayed at the property for a bachelor party and we had a great time. The back yard was a perfect little oasis for hanging out by the pool. It was in a prime location to get downtown, but also a short drive to the golf courses and the harbor. The property managers were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend the place for anyone looking to get away.
