We just returned from an incredible week at Casa Mahogany with my wife and our two kids, and it was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. From the moment we pulled up, we felt welcomed into a true tropical oasis. The house is beautifully maintained, spacious, and spotless—open layout with water views from almost every room made it feel airy and relaxing right away.The private pool and hot tub were the absolute highlights for our family. The kids (and honestly, the adults too!) spent hours splashing in the beautiful pool, lounging in the Jacuzzi overlooking the wide canal. The backyard is magical—surrounded by tropical plants, that massive mahogany tree and a good spot for fishing. Inside, everything was comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for home-cooked meals, the beds were comfortable and the living room with the big TV was great.The host was super responsive and helpful, making check-in simple. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend—10/10 from our crew!

As first time VRBO renters our experience was fantastic. We stayed for the month of February. It was a nice safe neighborhood close to almost everything that one would need. The host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place

Casa Mahogany: The Perfect Vacation Home

We had a great time at Casa Mahogany. The backyard was absolutely the best part. We used the spa a lot this time of the year, and the boys especially enjoyed catching many different types of fish off the dock. They recommend using live shrimp from Aces bait shop. The beach was a short drive away and easy to find parking at. Also, I recommend Little Italian for pizza. Nigel the owner was easy to work with although we had no issues during our stay. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this property for family vacations!

Fantastic

We came for spring break and the house was located in a great neighborhood, neighbors were friendly. The house is very well kept, everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Pool and hot tub was perfect. Definitely would stay again. Any questions I had Nigel answered them immediately. I would highly recommend!

The host was amazing in every way ..very easy to communicate with… the best part is waking up on the canal with a beautiful sunrise! Very convenient short easy ride to a beautiful beach with restaurants… grocery stores, and all the conveniences minutes away… there is a lot of space in this home, and a patio with lush greenery ,beautiful pool & hot tub made it the perfect setting to enjoy life with family & friends .

Getaway in the sun

We loved the location. Short drive to the ocean and many restaurants. Close enough drive to Fort Lauderdale and airport. Received excellent information on everything from the hosts. Had a issue with the hot tub but received quick response and fix within a day. Highly recommended. Would rent again if we ever return to the area.

Incredible!

Where can I start? From check in- how easy it was to work with Nigel. Answered a few questions we had via texting and emailing. We stayed a couple of weeks over the holidays. The pool and hot tub were warm and perfect! Location was great! A couple of driving miles to the beaches. Went to four beaches within 20 miles- very safe and clean. We went to a handful of restaurants up and down the inter coastal and oceanfront. We stayed the past couple of years in Naples, Venice and by far this side was the best for entertainment, friendly people and proximity. West coast was beautiful and beaches but a lot more to do on the east coast in our families opinion. I would highly recommend- felt very safe and neighbors were super nice! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Great Place!!

Had a fantastic time. Property is beautiful, clean. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, and fishing in the canal (no luck though!). Owners responded quickly to questions. Location is short drive to Pompano Beach, and Ft Lauderdale and Del Ray Beach are 30 min away. Pompano Community Park has nice playground and running path.

Family Thanksgiving

As soon as you walk through the door you know you are where you are supposed to be. The home is beautiful and large enough to accommodate our family of 10 for our Thanksgiving dinner. The outdoor scenery is stunning! We could not have asked for better hosts. Nigel was concerned for our happiness, comfort, and was so understanding when we were “surprised “ with a visit from our family from North Carolina. Casa Mahogany is an amazing home with amazing hosts. Thank you!

Haus mit schönem Aussenbereich

das Haus ist für 4 Personen geräumig und hat alles was man benötigt. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön und wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Zeit Ein Tisch um draussen auch essen zu können wäre noch schön Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe Auch die Lage für Ausflüge nach Miami, Everglades ect ist perfekt Der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar und bei einem Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde uns sofort geholfen. Für das Haus bekommt man für alle wichtigen Dinge eine sehr ausführliche und gute Beschreibung. Es war für uns ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

My New Favorite Place

Our family stayed at Casa Mahogany for 13 days. It was myself, grand parents ,11 year old twins and my uncle who lives in Florida. There was plenty of room. I love to travel we stay at resorts and air BNB. my absolute favorite place Is Casa Mahogany. The back yard is absolute paradise. We visited in late July when it was very hot but the beautiful Mahogany tree provided ample shade so we were not in the direct sun and the pool kept us cool. The tree was home to parrots which the kids loved sitting in chairs and Watching the birds visit. The kids loved fishing right off the dock. We were visited by turtles and a momma duck every night. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed and clean. The neighborhood is safe I walked every morning alone. Only a 5 min drive to the beach maybe less. So many grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away it was great. Nigel is a fantastic host. Any issues which were small Or questions we had he was quick to answer. Neighbors in the neighborhood were very kind. I truly did not want to leave and I would absolutely return to casa mahogany. This trip Was To just relax and spend time with family my parents are in their 70s, my uncle 60s, my twins 11 we all absolutely enjoyed our time at the house and can’t thank Nigel enough for sharing his beautiful property with us. Cheers

Relaxing stay

This property is welcoming, easy to adapt to and has a relaxing environment. The communications with the owner are efficient. The location is practical and there is much to do in the area. The pool and terrace layout are a great place to hang out.

A Beautiful Getaway

This house was everything and more. The entire family really enjoyed it! The spa was a great feature and getting to enjoy the sunrise on the dock every morning was the best part. Some suggestions would be to do a bit of maintenance work on the house- such as the bar countertop is chipping and front yard plantings, etc. Thank you again and we’ll definitely be back!

Tropical Paradise

My husband, son, and I had a delightful time at Casa Mahogany. We divided our time between the local beach and this amazing backyard. With the Everglades and South Beach so close, we were able to squeeze in a couple of day trips. Our hosts provided everything we needed to make our visit easy and convenient. I highly recommend this home for families.

Great location

The property is very nice and is located in an extremely nice neighborhood. We had a great time staying there and enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock a lot. The backyard was perfect: the pool was a great size for all us, the dock and sea wall gave enough room for all of us to fish, and the large tree gave tons of shade. You are close to many local resturants and the beach.
