VERY poorly maintained property.Look at attached pictures.My husband nearly fell in canal neighbor told us was contaminated a few years back with raw sewage-she said DONOT eat fish) because most of the planks on deck were missing screws.Instead he fell back and hurt his wrist. The property looks like it hasnt been updated in YEARS. It's obvious no one landscapes (blows leafs away). The poor potted aloe plants had years worth of dead on it. As soon as you walk up to front door and see the dirty bench. And then walked into kitchen to find a disgusting sponge and paper towel and GARBAGE in the can still. My cat killed several cockroaches during our stay. Huge ones. And you can see they have been there for a while as there was brown specs in the utensil drawer.Outside cusions were all stained badly.There was obvious signs of water damage on ceiling in several spots and musty smell to house. Everything was thin, from toliet paper to the blinds you can see thru at night. No curtains.You could see in my daughters room at night. The bedframe we slept on was uneven and so it was a teeter-toter bed. Worst part is we were going to check out early and we came to agreement for a partial refund if we booked another week.Well we booked and he never refunded us.He told us he needed a good review before he would send it.No thank you. Also I didn’t know you really need to use the Vrbo chat and not cell phones to message back and forth. I found the whole process very disheartening.
