Prospective renters beware: while this home is visually beautiful, management’s service and responsiveness were unacceptable for a nearly 10,000 stay.Requests were routinely acknowledged and then ignored, starting with an early check-in inquiry that received no follow-up. The listing also misrepresented sleeping arrangements: it advertised two bedrooms with two queen beds each, but only one did; the remaining six bedrooms had single beds, leaving us one bed short and forcing us to buy an air mattress.A broken freezer reported on Christmas Eve was not repaired until late the night before checkout. The dishwasher repair and replacement of a missing remote in the master bedroom were similarly delayed for days. The accommodation of a late checkout was denied, and no response has been provided regarding a requested refund. Be warned that this is the level of service one can expect to receive from Glam Homes and choose accordingly.
