The Space:

From the moment you step inside Sunny Side Up, the home invites you to slow down and settle in. Just off the entry, a stylish bar paired with lounge chairs sets the tone—an ideal spot for pre-dinner drinks, casual conversations, or easing into the evening before heading out.



The living room is thoughtfully arranged with a conversational layout, creating a comfortable space to gather, unwind, and enjoy views of the pool just beyond. Adjacent to the living area, a dining space offers flexibility for shared meals, morning coffee, or working remotely, all while staying connected to the heart of the home.



The kitchen is both beautiful and fully stocked, designed to make cooking and entertaining feel seamless. Open to the living room, it allows you to prepare meals while still being part of the action—perfect for hosting, lingering over drinks, or keeping things easy and social.



The home features two well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and TV, while the primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms, making the layout ideal for couples, friends, or families.



Step outside and the backyard becomes the true highlight of the home. A large heated pool anchors the space, surrounded by sun loungers and lush bamboo that creates a private, resort-like atmosphere. A covered outdoor kitchen makes alfresco dining effortless, while the jacuzzi and fire pit invite long, relaxed evenings under the stars. Important Notes:

*Jacuzzi heating is a complimentary amenity, but the pool can be heated for your stay for an additional $35/day and must be paid out for your entire reservation.

*Instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi, the fire pit, and the outdoor kitchen can be found in your welcome book.

*The TV in the living room is on the smaller side, but you will find a large TV in each of the bedrooms.

*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.

*The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to ensure water quality and cleanliness (between 8am-5pm). Because the property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees (welcome to tropical Florida!), you may occasionally notice a few leaves in the water between services. This is completely normal and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool — it’s simply part of the natural environment.
