Stay for a week with 9 people total. 6 adults and 3 kiddos (ages 8-12). The house was amazing!!! Everyone had their own bathroom, which was very helpful. Only a block from the beach, which was pretty secluded, not a lot of people when we were there. The house was well stocked with beach toys, chairs and umbrella. We spent a ton of time in the pool. Probably be favorite pool ever. The setup with the pool and hot tub was so cool!! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was very responsive and Ron, the caretaker, was friendly and helpful. I really hope we will be able to return.

Perfect place for girl’s trip

Property is located just a short block from the ocean. Wonderful outside pool space. Only downside is the noisy road behind the outside space. Easy walk to restaurants and water taxi which you can take to downtown.Beds are comfortable. Nice kitchen and inside gathering space. Clearly home is older. Shower temperature was very inconsistent.

This was one of the best vacations for me and my family. This house was spacious and was all we had hoped it would be. From the spacious rooms to the pool and outdoor living area, we enjoyed all of the accommodations. The short walk to the neighborhood beach was icing on the cake. Just can’t beat the location. Shout out to Ron (prop mgr) who lives next door. He was very kind and was able to answer any questions I had.

The house was perfectly located one block from beach and perfect for our family stay while in Fort Lauderdale. Very comfortable and loved relaxing by the pool. Super close to a lot of restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent experience across the board. Our family greatly enjoyed this property. The house is nice, roomy, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi and outdoor area was great as well. Its close proximity to the beach is excellent. We will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Disappointed

We paid a lot of money expecting luxury and showed up to an outdated home with nonstop road noise. The backyard was small (with so much road noise), the kitchen barely had any items to cook with and the staircase made me nervous with small children. We ended up not even staying at the house after one night because we did not feel safe with our toddlers as the lock on the sliding door to the pool area was at a level my two year old could use (and did) without any type of alarm system on it and then the gate from the pool to the driveway had a hard time latching. The owner was very nice trying to accommodate our safety concerns, but we ended up moving to a 5-star resort (with a full kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms and large living room with all the resort amenities) for the same cost as this house. We did not receive any money back per the refund policy so this was an expensive mistake.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a fabulous vacation! the beach is close; the pool and hot tub were fabulous! The kitchen and dining room were large enough to accommodate all of us and prepare Thanksgiving dinner! it was definitely a memorable vacation and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Perfect stay!

We loved this property! The house was spacious and beautiful, while the location was just a short walk to the beach! The prop manager was super responsive and helpful during our entire stay, welcoming us when we arrived. Thank you for making our girls weekend perfect!

Perfect family vacation

House was perfect for our family of 5 plus our daughters 2 friends. Teenagers love this house! Steps away from the beach. We rented a golf cart and drove everywhere and loved it!!! Ronnie the property manager is very attentive. Great experience!

Perfect location, attentive property manager and equipped with all you need.

The home is close to the beach, off a quiet side street and makes going back and forth easy and convenient. The location is ideal if you love Fort Lauderdale but appreciate a quieter experience on the beach. It's close to shopping, many water experiences and a variety of day trip opportunities. The house itself is clean and comfortable- it had everything we needed to make meals at home and relax in our down time. If you find yourself in need of anything, Ron, the property manager, is always mere feet away and eager to help. Great home for families.

Great location and hospitality

I can't speak highly enough of this property, and of the owner, Bill, and property manager, Ron. The location is perfect, right next to a quiet beach, and close to several nice dining/shopping spots. There was also ample space for us to entertain a few friends, and give both our young daughters (ages 5 and 3) swim lessons in the pool. Ron was always around to answer any questions, including how to heat the pool/turn on the spa, and was very accommodating even before we arrived, setting up the portable fence around the pool to protect our children. On the whole, this property was everything we were looking for, and more. The check in/out process was a breeze, and the property had a ton of Ft. Lauderdale charm. We will absolutely book this property again for our next trip down, if it is available.

January Winter Get Away

Location was fantastic. Ron was amazing and responsive and friendly (would love to have him as a neighbor). House was beautiful and clean and well supplied. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The welcome music on TV and scents were a wonderful touch to the start of the vacation. Would definitely come back and recommend. Only downside was a little loud being right next to the main road, but we got used to it. Privacy fence helped a lot. Thank you.

Loved our stay

We loved this property and our stay for the week. We were 3 couples - my husband and I, our adult daughter and son with their significant others. The house was spacious with lots of room for us to spread out and have privacy. Each room having its own bathroom was a big plus. There were plenty of towels and all bathrooms/showers had soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the covered patio allowed us to spend time outside even in the rain. The location was awesome! It was 3 min walk to beach and convenient to restaurants and shops. Ron the property manager was super and very responsive. Appreciated that the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We highly recommend and would stay there again!

Great location!

Great getaway with grandchildren

The pool was great fun and the location near the beach allowed us to do a lot with our young granddaughters. Open floor plan wax great and our son, daughter-in-law and the kids were able to enjoy privacy in the upstairs. Property manager was very helpful.

Great place for family in Ft Lauderdale

Perfect spot for our group of 8 ranging in age from 7 to 83. Plenty of space. Great location 1 block (easy walk on quiet street) to beach. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great covered patio with furniture by pool. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. As mentioned in other reviews, the road behind the house is busy but there is a wall around the pool. Noise from the road didn't bother us at all. Front of the home is on a quiet street. We have 3 kids and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a fantastic stay!!!! You can’t beat the location being so near the beach, and it was near a lot of restaurants as well. The property manager Ronnie was very responsive and very friendly. Having a laundry room on site was wonderful, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. With our family of 10, this place had plenty of space for us to all spread out and enjoy our own TV shows. There were always plenty of towels and the property is well equipped with beach and pool toys.
