Steps from the beach!

Overall great experience. Everything needed was provided: chairs, umbrella, beach cart / wagon, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. If I had to give a negative it would be that the main bedroom is a walkway to the other two bedrooms and the mattress was not the most comfortable.

Fantastic property

We spent 4 days at this property for our annual girls trip and had the best time. The beach is a quick walk away, there are fantastic restaurants in walking distance, and the property itself was so nice. We loved hanging out outside in the evenings and will definitely return.

Everything about the place was great. Nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom, with an extra one to boot. Outdoor space was very liveable, and it is very close to the beach. Perfect place in Fort Lauderdale. I would recommend.

Family Senior Spring Break ‘24

Fantastic week with our 16 & 18 yr old sons and their girlfriends. Cozy clean comfy house at the end of dead end only 130 steps to sand and water. All the advertising and then some. They provide trash bags, dish soap and pods for dishwasher and washer. Coffee pods w creamer. Plenty of bath towels, makeup and face towels, hot tub/beach towels as well as Fuji products soap shampoo conditioner shower gel and lotion in every bathroom. Only downside is grocery stores not in walking distance Walgreens is, but Amazon or Uber will bring anything. Highly recommend this rental!

Relaxing luxury property close to beach

House is laid out with luxury toiletries and well stocked with everything you need to be right at home. Management is proactive in checking in to see if there are any issues or things they could do to make the stay better. Place was spotless with detergent pods and laundry pods supplied. The best part of the house is the outdoor patio with a sectional sofa set shaded by palm trees. We enjoyed relaxing there when not at the beach. The only thing I think could make the house better is some overhead fans in patio and bedrooms.

Ft. Lauderdale did not disappoint!

"We enjoyed being just a minute's walk away from the ocean. The hot tub and fire pit were great, and there was plenty of space for the whole family. We were pleasantly surprised to find chairs, ice chests, umbrellas, and wagons in the laundry room. We will definitely rent this place again."

Great Stay

The house was just as described and pictured. Communication was great when we had just a couple minor questions. The walk to the beach was very easy! The beach access is just across the street (which is gated at one end so no through traffic) and around the side of the house across the street. The beach was never overly crowded even during a busy spring break week. We didn't use the beach cart but there was one available along with chairs and beach towels.

Perfect spot for our getaway

We had a blast at this house – super close to the beach! The street and neighborhood vibes were awesome. The outdoor lounging area was perfect for us to be able to catch up after not seeing each other for a long time. Loved being able to just walk over to Dune, the restaurant around the corner.

Excellent stay right by the beach

Wonderful property just steps away from Ft. Lauderdale beach. The house was beautiful, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group of friends. The property had plenty of amenities including a grill, fire pit, hot tub, and an outdoor living room complete with a TV. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. We loved cooking in the kitchen fully stocked with silverware, pots and pans. We also loved that the house came with everything we needed for the beach, from chairs to umbrellas. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! It was beautiful and extremely clean! The management team did a fantastic job, communicating with us the entire trip. I would highly recommend staying at this location! Very close to the beach and very easy to get around town.

Charming hideaway steps from the beach

This charming hideaway stole our hearts! Its unbeatable location offers direct access to a clean and what feels like a private beach. The property has several beach chairs for your comfort.The house is situated at the end of the street, protected from through traffic by a fire gate, which also separates it from the adjacent hotel. The kids enjoyed board games in the living room and jacuzzi located at the back of the building. However, the true highlight of this wonderful rental is its patio, which features ample seating on cozy big couches, a large grill, and beautiful lighting that creates a perfect setting for relaxing evenings. Without a doubt, I look forward to returning to Surf Key in the future!

Perfect house, perfect location

The property was a perfect oasis- clean, stylish, well appointed and and well maintained, indoors and out. The location was unbeatable- the beach is just outside your front door- with every possible restaurant, shop etc within walking distance or a short drive away. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and tended to my (very minor) maintenance needs immediately. 10 out of 10. Great for kids, or couples. This place is amazing!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!

They place was perfect! Everyone had their own space, we had plenty of room. The outside patio was wonderful - we spent hours out there laughing and hanging out. We will 100% be going back. We LOVED it!

Perfect Girls' Weekend

We have stayed in many places in South Florida. They usually involve elevators, long walks across crowded lounges age pool areas to get to a crowded beach. This place was by far the best experience we've had. Short walk to the beach. Really short! The area was not crowded at all. The outdoor space at the house was PERFECT for hanging outside when the weather is nice. We watched movies, sat around and talked and there was plenty of space for all 7 adults. The staff was so helpful and personable. We will 100% be returning.

Beautiful property, close proximity to beach!!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and after checking in and viewing the property wish we had stayed our entire time!! The house was beautiful. Well equipped with anything you’d need for the stay and beach! We LOVED being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach for early morning sunrises and spent hours on the beach!!!! The house was beautifully decorated, beds were extremely comfortable and the courtyard area was just fun and a perfect gathering area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway area within minutes to the beach! We had a great time!!!

Great beach house

Extremely clean and modern. Very well managed with good communication. House is extremely close walking distance to the beach. Outdoor grill was very clean with an extra propane tank, and the outdoor patio area was great for cooking and having an out door meal with family. House is great, one small quirk that the description does not mention is that in order to get to the 2nd and third bedrooms, you must walk *through* the mater bedroom. The master bedroom connects the living room and kitchen of the house, to the remaining two bedrooms in the back of the house. However, each of the two back bedrooms do have a separate door to the outside so for privacy concerns, the occupants of the two back bedrooms can leave the rooms to the private outdoor patio area, and get to the living room/kitchen by using the code to walk in the front door of the house. All in all, still a great place to stay and would stay again.
