Good stay after leaving cruise

The property met our needs with 3 bedroom and 3 baths. The owner was very nice to let us access the property a few hours early. We were very appreciative of that. Nice clean place. Kids enjoyed the pool!

Great stay pre cruise

We had a group of 6 adults who stayed 2 nights prior to a cruise. The house was great, kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool a lot. It was very hot, but the owner responded quickly when I asked about if it was possible to lower the heat on the pool. Overall great stay and we would stay again!

In town for a wedding

The house worked very well for our stay. The pool area was very nice, great place to relax. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was nice. One bathroom is small but functional. One caution, the living room, kitchen, and one bedroom, step down into a sitting area and the 3rd bedroom. There are no visual markers and it is a tripping hazard. Otherwise, this was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

Great Hollywood Stay

We absolutely loved our time at this house. It had everything we could have needed. It was so nice the host had beach towels, beach umbrellas, and a cooler we could use. The backyard/pool area is beautiful and a great place to hang out. The host was very responsive whenever I had a question. Overall, this was the perfect house for our spring break trip. It was close to the beach, downtown, and a close drive to Ft. Lauderdale.

It was great and the owner answers any questions fast. I would say itsymore like a 5 min drive to the beach a little long to walk. But I would stay there again everything is provided that was needed to make it a easy trip.

We spent 3 weeks with no issues. The house was everything we expected. House was well stocked and plenty of room for everyone. Enclosed heated pool was great. Most of our time was spent there. Nina was very quick to answer any and all questions. She was the perfect host. We will definitely will be booking again.

This property was as described in the listing and worked out great for our 5 night stay with 6 adults. The pool was awesome & we enjoyed the back patio area to hang out together. Property manager responded quickly when we had any questions. Plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.

Convenient Neighborhood/Pleasant Pool

The house is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The enclosed pool area is perfect at night, no bugs. The pool is heated so you can swim at night. We stayed for 6 weeks and really got to know the place. The Wi-Fi worked perfect. The neighborhood was great. My husband walked every single day. We took friends fishing at the park at the end of the road. Great for kayaking as well. We do not golf but if you do there is a golf course three houses down. The house manager is extremely responsive. There was an issue that came up, but she was right on it and had it fixed immediately. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Yanina’s place is as advertised and more. The home is spacious, all the amenities you’ll need; the pool was amazing. The neighborhood is nice and close to the beach, highways and anything you need. Yanina was super helpful throughout our stay. We would be back in a heartbeat!!! Highly recommended!!!

Winter get away

Perfect. Excellent location, close to Hollywood Beach, airport, restaurants, casino, stores, etc. Loved the heated pool in the enclosed lanais. We ate breakfast and lunch there daily bc it was so warm with the morning sun beating down on that area it really warmed it up quickly. The privacy fences on either side allowed us to keep the blinds open all day long and thus kept the place very bright and cheery. Appliances were all new and well functioning. Yanina was great to work with both before arriving and during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay there and look forward to coming back in the future.
