Sorry your stay was not to your liking. No complaints while at the hotel gives us no chance to try and resolve any issues. As I recall you had just checked out of a 350 a night hotel when you came to us at 150 a night. We are a quiet small hotel without the panache of the far more expensive hotels. Still in the morning the beach is still just across the street. Maybe we will see you again with a different outcome.

So as i recall you arrived more than an hour after our last check in time. Sill i accommodated you even though i didn't have too. Silly me. When you were checking in you were on the phone telling someone you cant you already paid. So lets see what can you come up with to get a refund. Most really like a lit candle. Hmm not you. By the way did you tell anyone here you were leaving. Answer no. How long did you stay. 5 minutes or 5 hours.

Sorry it was not to your liking. Im a bit confused. So far you have given 3 different reasons to 3 different sources. You stayed 10 hrs never voicing a single complaint. Upon leaving you went out of your way to thank me and even shook my hand saying a family emergency was the reason for your early departure. Still as when i shook your hand goodbye i said i hoped all would turn out well. I still do. Maybe next time.

Sorry your stay was not what you wanted. You however voiced not a single concern during your stay. Since seasonal prices in the area are high especially on weekends i wonder if your complaints are price driven. We as always strive to make our guest experience a good one. Maybe given the chance yours would have been.

A bit confused at first you said to me he slept in the car now its seams he slept by the pool. Yet you seemed to have little trouble sleeping in the room the entire night. Maybe there was another issue im not aware of. Returning to your issue it rings a bit hollow after stay the entire night.

Customer voiced no complaint and asked for a late check out. Would you stay in a room as described. If no other vacancies as described in the area would you then want a late check out. Im sorry the guest had a bad experience. Had she told us maybe something could be done.

Sorry my anonymous guests were not happy. However anonymous guest was with us for 10 days and never registered a single complaint. Anonymous also wished to extend the stay. After informing anonymous that the rate had gone up due to the New Year holiday, anonymous became quite unhappy. Rates in the area were up by as much as 700 %. As a valued guest we offered a rate far below our competitors. When issues do arise. We try to accommodate as much as possible regardless of rate.
