My husband, daughter and I stayed there for just one night but it was great. We were surprised about the facilities in the room: a complete Kithchen, two rooms with a lot of space and a beautiful bathroom. Everything was clean and the beds are amazingly comfy. Everything was quiet and feels very secure. I recommend this property without any doubt.

Propietaria mal educada, salió a callar a los hijos de mi primo que estaban jugando en la piscina y pido nos retiremos del hotel sin haber completado la instancia y a la fecha no nos rembolsan los MAS DE 800 USD que quedaron en devolver

Dear Guest, we made the report and trespassing for you because during 2 days all our Guests complained about you!You drink a lot of alcohol in the common area, you played the music very loudly and the families with little kids could not sleep. You were not respectful at all to the all our team. Your behavior was so impropriate so we called the police. When we asked you to low the sound on the 4th time, you told us that you can do you everything what you want. but no, All our Guests must respect each other and do not disturb each other. I have the police report and hope that our team will not see you again in our calm and nice place!

El lugar no es feo pero esta muy deteriorado, la atención si es muy mala, cero amabilidad. Se dio un deposito en efectivo y dicen que lo devuelven al siguiente dia de que uno hace el check out, igual si uno lo quisiera en efectivo o solamente en una terjeta de debito, no en tarjeta de crédito y no dan mas opciones, es algo ilógico porque somos extranjeros y como regresamos al dia siguiente por el dinero. Supliqué por que me ayudaran y me dieran opciones, ono de los jovenes de front desk me dijo que trataria y hablaria con la persona que revisa las habitaciones para ver si la revisara rapido. Al dia siguiente estaba el mismo joven que nos hizo el check in y nisiquiera hacer el minimo esfuerzo por ayudarnos y totalmente grosero. Salimos a las 10am porque la salida del hotel es a las 11am pero para tratar de agilizar el chequeo de la habitación, nos tocó buscar donde estar con todo y maletas y estar llamando para saber si ya tenian lo del depósito antes de ir al aeropuerto y nunca lo tuvieron, ya pasaron 2 dias y no se nada de mi depósito. Yo no recomendaría quedarse en ese disque hotel. Usé la cama extra de la habitación y nunca llegó las sabanas completas y tuve que dormir con la sobre cama, solo dejaron 2 toallas para 3 personas y el area de lavanderia muy decuidada también y solo hay 1lavadora y 1 secadora para todas las habitaciones.

Thanks for your review. We are short term apartments rentals. We are disclosing in all our descriptions that the office hrs is from 10 am to 11:30 pm. Cash security deposit is returned the same day, after the room is inspected after the Guests departure. Sometimes it takes some extra time and effort, at busy check-out times. We apologise if you were disappointed. Sheridan Suite has 11 Apartments and we never have a line to the Laundry machines. In the reservation it was only Two Guests and our team members did not know about any additional persons staying in your room. Further than that, we would like to offer our sorrows to you unpleasant morning and we hoping to be able to redeem your trust next time with better communication between our team and your group.

Thanks for your review. The room was rented to Two Guests only and was not supposed to have any more. If you would of let us know about any of your discomforts, we would've taken care of it pronto. Thanks for staying with us.

Espectacular!
Excelente el lugar, me senti en casa, super comodo! gentilmente tienen toda la cocina equipada (con electrodomesticos que parecian recien comprados), la mesa para dos hecha, la piscina estaba impecable, tenian smart Tv lo que me encanto porque pude usar mi cuenta de nexflit en las noches, todo el apartamento es de manejo moderno y electronico. Como si fuera poco tienen una parrilla en el area de la piscina, puedes comprar tus carnes en el mercado y hacer tu bbq propio!!! Adicional esta a 5 min de la playa! Ame este lugar y seguramente volvere pronto

When I booked I  honestly didn’t know what to expect because the reviews are different. But for my budget it was one of the most affordable places to stay with a good rating. So what I can say! The place is located in a  exceedingly calm area and property is fully gated with a lot of cameras for the security. So I didn’t feel unsafe at all. Everything outside : pool, grills are clean. The studio where I was staying was very nice with full kitchen (which I didn’t use, but if you want to cook u re welcome ). I didn’t see any hairs or insects,  stains , and  of course had checked  everything before to stay here. What I didn’t like the office works not 24 hours, till 12am only , but they said  that they do late check in on require. Anyway, if you need nice cool place to stay for an affordable price - this is what you need.

Look at their 1 star reviews on Google...Run from this place!!!! -Room had NO WORKING LOCKS on the patio door connected to your bedroom! -VAGABONDS wander the property, there have been people who wander into the rooms where people are renting!! -The pictures are verymisleading. - The staff chased me to my car creating a threatening environment, because I said I'd taken videos and picturesand was checking out without staying a single night. -The rooms are nasty, bloody sheets, bugs and hair everywhere including the refrigerator. -Homeless people reside here and come out to the pool area under the influence during your stay! -They refuse to provide refunds. I've reported them to the proper local agencies and filed the necessary complaints!!!

This property was just fine. It needs some updates. Bathrooms very outdated. Otherwise you could tell they try to keep everything maintained and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It is clear the owners have put best effort into this property. However, a little tired and the large security deposit on arrival with a refund up to 7 days later is not something I consider reasonable for Expedia properties. This is not VRBO. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but based upon the security set up with surveillance cameras they have accounted for the area.

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment suite. I only wish it had a dishwasher, but I'll definitely return. The front desk clerk was helpful and pleasant.

Nice clean rooms. Price was reasonable and our stay was very pleasant. It looks like they are just starting to make improvements. Wasn’t comfortable enough to get in the pool, but the patio space was nice.

I reached out to the property prior to ensure we would come after disembarking the cruise ship, and was told that was fine. Upon getting to the property, the office wasnt even open until 10. All of our luggage was soaked by the sprinkler system while we waited. I dont feel the pictures represented the apartments. 2 of the 4 tvs didnt work. There was no one to call for extra bedding, clean towels. Communication was terrible. No clear expectations for garbage, or what you're responsible for. The apartment was pretty clean, and the housekeepers were friendly. Going to the office didnt feel safe at all, and there was 8-10 people congregating on the office porch. I had a young child with me and theyre all smoking weed and talking about hearing voices...a very weird environment.my husband asked for bedding and they brought a thin fleece dog like blanket, and a pillow withoit a case. No sheets or anything. I can usually make the best of any situation, and I did...but i definitely wont be returning here.

Thank you so much for a delightful stay! Next time we visit south Florida we definitely will try this again. The apt was decorated so nicely, modern, clean and comfortable. The enclosed pool area with bbq, picnic tables and loungers was really a fantastic area and made you feel like you were truly in an oasis. Locked gates made us feel secure. And off street parking for $10/night is a STEAL! Thank you!
