Muy bueno cerca de la playa No hay parques a menos que sea en la calle exento de parquímetros por medio de una boleta, pera hay que ir a buscar parques atrás cuadras

Most excellent!

This place was excellent! Perfect location, very comfortable and clean, communication with owners was good. We will stay here again! Only negative, and not Studio's fault: We registered/paid for family's vehicle permit with the City but will use an Uber/Lyft next time because parking was nonexistent.

We had trouble locking the door and called the after hour number. The battery had died & was replaced. Disappointed that there wasn’t more toilet paper & paper towels. We planned to stay 11 days but left 2 days early due to the coronavirus. The property owners couldn’t have foreseen that the beaches and boardwalk were going to be closed after we were there for 6 days. The biggest problem early on was parking. You should not have to park several blocks away. The owners should have designated parking for the renters by the property. Would not stay here again due to the minimal items included with the rental. More kitchen items and towels should be provided.

The kitchen was convenient and clean. The plates, pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils were complete and easy to use. The bathroom was clean but not the most conveniently laid out. Towels and wash cloths were provided, but it was up to us to wash and dry them since the washer and dryer were inadequate. We took them along with our personal laundry to a 'coin operated laundry' a few miles away. (We washed our clothes on premises and put them into the dryer, but the dryer DID NOT dry the clothes.) Our room had only one window that was about 6ft. from the wall of the 2-story building right next to ours. Consequently, our room was dark and had the feel of being in a cave. The bathroom DID NOT have a window and the ventilating fan was noisy and did not keep condensation out of the bathroom. A couple of days into our stay, our TV picture had a box that said that 'No Signal Was Coming In'. Since there was no on sight office, we had to call the management company and try to get them to contact DIRECT TV after having to call a few phone numbers, we left it to the management company to fix. A real hassle. We left our room and came back a few hours later and the TV was now working. The whole episode along with the clothes dryer hassle chewed up hours of our vacation day. The 'parking pass' provided on-street parking IF WE COULD FIND A VACANT SPOT. Not so easy with the beach nearby.

cool place to stay

it was an awesome place to stay, next to the beach and the boardwalk, room was very clean and nice, washer and drier was available on site, always something to do, check in was a little different, there was no office so you have to call on the phone and get codes to all the doors, if you drive to the place, parking is very hard to get, they give you a parking pass to park on the street, unless you are there at the right time or get up at 3:00 am you will not get a parking spot, we spent 35 dollars a night to park at the valet parking at the hotel next door, over all it was an awesome place and very close to the beach

Très bel endroit rénové , très propre , cuisine qui offre tout pour cuisiner. Entré sécuritaire. On a bien aimé les chaises de plage et serviettes disponible. Le seul hic l’air climatisé qui fait un bruit d’enfer ainsi que le frigidaire.

Very nice studio in a great location. Steps from the Broadwalk and beach. The room was very quiet, clean, and appeared to have been recently remodeled. I was very pleased with my stay at Seabreeze.

Tres bien situé, le studio était très propre et nous avions tous ce dont on avait besoin. Le seul problème est le stationnement car il est gratuit mais difficile d’en trouver un.

Amazing location

Amazing location steps from the beach. Apartment was clean and spacious. Beach towels and chairs are provided, which is a huge plus. The apartment lacked privacy - there were no keys, no deadbolt locks. The door has a a keypad lock and anyone with the code can come in at any time. There was no way to lock the door for additional security either during the night (at least a chain or something) and no way to securely lock it while leaving the apartment.

Very clean, private handicapp spot in front, close to the ocean and had mini kitchen. For the price given so close to ocean it was perfect and fun for us.

Nice studio with kitchenette. Updated bath and kitchen. 150 feet from the boardwalk and beach. Parking is a little trying at time, no designated spaces. But they do provide a pass to park at city lots and meters. All in all, this is a great place to stay for adults looking to spend time at the beach. Decent restaurants nearby.
