House was in a great area for a quiet beach weekend. Safe neighborhood with driveway for parking and easy access to beach. Beach supplies (chairs, etc.) at house were a nice addition to make time at beach enjoyable. Host was very easy to contact if anything were to arise that needed attention.

Our favorite getaway! We’re from Massachusetts and just completed our eighth stay at this exceptional VRBO, which we first discovered in 2022. We knew we’d found something special. The home is spotless, spacious, & beautifully decorated. Every detail has been considered—the owners have truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. The location is ideal: just minutes from the beach & fantastic restaurants. But honestly, you may not want to leave! The private pool, oversized outdoor TV, and plush patio furniture make it just as tempting to stay in & relax.

Hope and Rocky's beach house was probably the nicest rental we've ever rented. There was not a single thing missing, and the amenities were beyond what we expected. Everything was spotless, and I appreciated that it didn't smell like cleaning products or other frageances. They were both immediately responsive when I reached out with a question, and were super helpful. Thanks so much for the relaxing and enjoyable weekend!!

Fantastic stunning home with amazing amenities. The home offers a very relaxing peaceful experience, equipped with everything needed for a beach stay and more. Excellent indoor and outdoor space! Fully loaded with all the essentials. Communication with the host during our stay was a 10 plus, which only added to an outstanding experience. I have stayed in serveral rentals over the years, but the Beach House was hands down my best experience. Couldn't have dreamed of a better time with my family. If your headed to Hollywood Beach staying here is a must. Just steps away from the beach and plenty of local restaurants near by. Definitely a do over for my family, we will return.

Very high end feel

Beautiful property within walking access to the beach and several restaurants. The only downside was during our visit the road outside the cottage was being torn up and a development two doors down was being remodeled each making the lovely outdoor space only useable in the early am or later in the evening. I expect this was just unfortunate timing for our visit.

Even Better Than Expected – Gorgeous, Fully Equipped, Perfect Location!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was even more beautiful than the photos and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing trip. It was fully equipped with all the essentials and extras, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again!

Perfect location!

The Beach House was a PERFECT vacation spot! The beach was literally steps away, walk a block and your toes are in the sand. The house itself was extremely well appointed, just about everything you could imagine needing during your stay was available. We spent a day at the beach and we had chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to haul it all at our disposal. It was awesome! The space was exceptionally clean, well organized, and impeccably decorated. It literally feels like vacation the minute you open the gate. We saw a gekko in the front yard. I may or may not have squealed, but it was very cool lol. The bed and day bed were exceptionally comfortable. The couches were gorgeous but were more form than function. They provide extra sleeping space if needed, but they were not comfortable for taking a break or lounging to watch a little tv. Good thing is you don't do much of that on vacation, plus there are a million other comfortable places to sit in both the front and back outdoor spaces! This rental met our needs perfectly, and I would gladly stay here again. If you're looking for a space that's warm, welcoming, CLEAN, and close to the ocean look no further. Exceptional property.

A great place to stay on vacation

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this home many times, and each visit has been exceptional. It truly offers the best of everything. The space is beautifully designed—relaxing, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. Its location is absolutely fabulous, close to the beach, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The host is outstanding—extremely responsive and genuinely friendly, ensuring every aspect of our stay is perfect. It’s a place we always look forward to returning to, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

From start to finish everything was great. Hope’s communication was great, the home is decorated beautifully, kitchen stocked, every beach need covered, bikes….. we can go on and on. Bikes were great and we would love to come again!

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location

The beach house was absolutely perfect—a one minute walk away from the beach, beautiful neighborhood, and nice people all around. The location couldn’t have been better, offering easy access to the beach while still feeling private and peaceful. Inside, the house was beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, making it the ideal retreat. Rocky and Hope were very helpful throughout process—so accommodating, friendly, and always making sure everything was just right. It was an unforgettable stay in every way!

Fantastic Experience

This place has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay and the beach. Very quiet street just a quick walk to the beach. No need to pack up everything all at once you can bounce from the house to the beach in about a minute. The house was spotless and very comfortable and both outdoor areas are very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked and we enjoyed home cooked meals everyday. Rocky is quick to respond and solve even the smallest issue. The water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced and it was resolved within the day. We cannot wait to come back.

Perfect little house near the beach

Very nice little house 500 ft away from a nice, uncrowded beach. The house is very well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Kitchen has all the necessities plus some. There is lots of beach items for the beach as well.

Beach Honeymoon

The property was cozy within walking distance of the beach. We also went down to the Hollywood boardwalk and walked all the way back. The towels and toilet paper were really soft and the ammenities were accomodating

Great location and cute place.

The property is well taken care of and the hosts are responsive and wonderful. Fantastically close to the beach and beautiful area. Bed was a bit firm and couches are not made for lounging, they are really just extra bed space and difficult to relax in. But otherwise very nice place. Would recommend if you like the firm bed and don't mind the couch situation. The beach is heavenly and the outdoor space is great.
