My husband and I loved the villa. It was clean and the two bedrooms were spacious. The villa was well equipped with everything to make a comfortable stay. There were toys and other things for a family with young children. They provided clean towels and linens. We loved how close it was to the beach and to restaurants and specially the delicious Peruvian food we found close by. We highly recommend this place and the host and ladies at the office were very nice, polite and helpful.

Everything we needed was there! Bed was so comfortable and home was very clean and was definitely big enough for 4 adults and a baby. Loved sitting by the intercoastal and interacting with the night heron that visits at night and enjoying the beach and heated pool during the day. They even brought us things we needed for the baby!!

Quiet location; would be improved by some blackout curtains in the bedrooms as there was quite a lot of light coming in the windows at night. Also, it would be nice to have a potato peeler and items to clean the kitchen, such as a sponge, etc. Only a wash cloth and kitchen towels were provided

Summer Recharge

The unit was just as sescribed in the listing. We enjoyed relaxing on the private beach under one of the thatched umbrellas. It was not very busy during our stay in early August, so we didn't have to worry about finding shade.

Quick weekend trip

Cute little villa! Access to the beach is right across the street along with the pool… the pool was not crowded at all. The place had everything we needed. They also had a guide to help with food places and a step by step instructions for move out. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. We would stay there again.

We found a piece of paradise!

One of the most truly relaxing vacations in a long time! This location has it all… The ocean, the pool, the waterway… Our villa was perfect for the three of us, and grocery stores and restaurants are all just about a mile away. We will 100% be returning to this gem!

Disappointing

We got to the place on friday night and there was tons of dust and bugs. Stains on the sheets. In my opinion someone hadn't stayed there in a few weeks and it wasn't cleaned. We reached out to the property manager with pictures and he didn't answer for 36 hours. We finally got him to answer after we sat on hold for 30 minutes with VRBO. The locks are also faulty and we locked ourselves out. Our fault, but I couldn't get it so I had my husband do it and he thought I had the key. A gentleman came at 600pm and said we owed $50 cash. We didn't have cash and he called us at 800am telling us to make sure we bring cash to the office. Still hadn't heard from our property manager so called VRBO support. Finally got him to call me. Offered to leave if manager gave me refund for the last 3 days and he just NEVER RESPONDED. Unprofessional and just wants your money. The rest of our stay was fine, but it ruined our family vacation. A little compassion and an attempt to make it right goes a long way and Tom did not care about us. You might be managing remotely, but you have a phone. They did come and clean the dust after, but in no way for a $300+ a night place should it have been left in that condition. Normally wouldn't complain about this but bed was stiff, dishwasher you can't even push the buttons on, cabinets have random marks all over them. If you have young kids it's nice they have a crosswalk to get to beach. some cars do go fast.

Wonderful family vacation!

This was our first time visiting this area of Florida and I’m so glad we stayed at Villa Y! Tom (manager) was very easy to communicate with. Staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. The villa is just feet away from the intercostal and you can actually see the water from your villa. Highly recommend going there to watch a sunset or two 🙂 We spent most of our time in the heated pool, private beach and the ocean which are all located across the street, about 2 minute walk from the villa. Our 2 year old LOVED the pool which was clean and big enough for several families to enjoy. One day, we visited the Flamingo Gardens in Ft Lauderdale which was fantastic!!! A great place for kids and adults as well. Highly recommend. Also, we really enjoyed Mizner Park in Boca Raton which has pretty water fountains and lots of restaurants. Stay at Villa Y - you won’t be disappointed!! 🤓

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Es war recht ruhig, da die Anlage nicht voll ausgebucht war. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles Nötige ist in dem Haus vorhanden. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Insbesondere der private Strand war fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
