The highlight of our trip was being able to easily use both the beach area and the inter-coastal area. Every day we visited both areas.Our unit was perfect! It was just the right size for the two of us. The mattress on the bed was so comfortable that I looked forward to going to bed each evening. I had read comments about noise from the road being a problem for some visitors. The noise did not bother us at all. By the time we went to bed there was no road noise. I appreciated having a sleep machine in case it was needed.Our host thought of everything to make our stay a memorable one. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas and other items available in the unit for our use.The staff at the complex was very accommodating to us. We had a minor issue that the handyman addressed immediately. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thanks Tom!!

The villa was "tired." Worn out cushions on chair, holes in blanket, lack of updating. Some mixing bowls were not cleaned thoroughly. Also, the ad on the Vrbo site said "ocean view." This was not an Oceanview villa - it was right on A1A, noisy and there was no water (intercoastal or ocean) visible. The Royal Flamingo villa property was nicely laid out. Good pool location and partially sheltered beach. We were disappointed by the unit but nevertheless, had an enjoyable time.

This was our 3rd time staying at this villa. We enjoyed our stay, The property is very clean and welcoming and it has everything you need for a joyful vacation. The owner, Tom, is very accomodating to our needs in terms of check-in and check-out and the property managment is very accessible and is ready to address any issue that may arise.

Amazing Vacation Again

Had a wonderful stay at Villa V again! Since our stay in 2023 we saw several upgrades to the villa and the Flamingo. Perfect location with the pool and the beach. We will be back for sure.

Cute vacation villa, lots to offer, close to road

Cute villa bigger than pics seem to show. Nice private porch. Owner comm beyond excellent. Managers on site excellent. Laundry on site. WiFi great. Comfy bed. Tiny kitchen. Plenty to do in an active area short walk to stores and restaurants. Close parking a plus. Only caveat is proximity to busy-ish road - very close, bedroom is maybe 20 feet from A1A road. Windows are old crank out style that don’t seal well and road noise during the day is a thing to be aware of, particularly if construction is underway nearby as it was for us. Likely I could have done better reading the listing but this did not jump out at me. Nevertheless owner very accommodating and overall a great stay. Night is typically quiet so that’s not an issue.

Wonderful Birthday/Anniversary getaway!

Hello all! We throughly enjoyed our stay in Villa V. Very clean and cozy. I always do my extra Disinfectant wipe down prior to getting situated and prior to checkout. The bed was a little soft for me but fine for my husband. There was plenty of tissue & towels, only two washcloths. I brought our own so we were ok w.this. outdoor chairs & fishing poles provided. Which was great for fishing day at Hillsboro Inlet Park (as this is a must do for my husband). Private beach access is wonderful. IntraCoastal in the back was beautiful as well. We sat out there one night for a tad. We did have to drive most places as there's not a ton in walking distance. We went to Boca Raton twice, night life on Saturday at Cosmos, (disco music was great) & taco Tuesday at Calaveras Cantina. The drive isn't far at all. We would definitely stay in Villa V again. Thank you Tom for a nice clean safe place to stay. ~ Mark & Dominique

Great Week at the Beach

We had a great week. The villa was the perfect size for the two of us. It is a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed eating lunch on the covered patio and watching the lizards play in the bushes. Having the beach on one side of the community and the Inter-coastal waterway on the other was fun - beautiful sunsets over the waterway. We would definitely return to this villa and recommend it to others couples. Thank you for a great week!

Beach access in a quiet neibourhood

We really enjoyed our stay in Hillsboro. The place is quiet and we have complete access to the beach, the private beachy area and the pool. The place was perfect for 2 and we used the outside patio for the brakfast. The drawback is being close to A1A and hearing the cars sometimes. At night we used the provided white noise speaker and it was like we were by the sea. Even if the building is a duplex, we could hardly hear our neibourgs kids. Good price/quality.

Relaxation Paradise

The property is located between the intra-Coastal and the ocean. Watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets. 1 mile walk to the pier if you need to feel some action. Villa V has a great private porch. We hope to return soon.

Dies ist unser drittes Mal mit meinem Mann in den Royal Flamingo Villas, und das erste Mal in Toms Villa V. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir blieben 9 Nächte im September und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tom's Villa ist sehr schön und gemütlich, und wir wurden mit einer sehr sauberen Villa begrüßt. Sie hat mehrere Tische/Schreibtische, mit sehr guter Beleuchtung!!! Gut durchdacht und nützlich für uns. Die Koordination mit Tom funktionierte wunderbar, ein super Gastgeber. Die Richtungen, Informationen über den Betrieb der Villa machte unsere Ankunft und Aufenthalt reibungslos. Wir fanden das Codeschloss an einer der Türen besonders praktisch! Die Lage der Villen ist fabelhaft, der Strand und die Intracoastal waterway sind zu Fuß erreichbar und jeweils mit schattigen Tikkis und Liegestühlen, mit viel Vegetation sehr gut gepflegt, die auch in der Veranda der Villa genossen werden kann, hat Parkplätze inbegriffen, insbesondere Villas V Parkplatz ist an der Tür der Villa und ist sogar im Schatten der Pflanzen. Einkaufszentren sind kurz erreichbar mit dem Auto, wobei in diesem Bereich die A1A eine normale Straße ist mit einem lagsamen Verkehr. Die Villas Office funktioniert sehr gut und hilft in allem, was man braucht. Vielen Dank Tom, bis nächste Mal!

Quaint space for the two of us

We were there for our wedding anniversary. The space was clean and we liked the location. The traffic on A1A didn't bother us sleeping. We stood on the beach and watched the fireworks both north and south. Then we walked across our property and watched more fireworks across the intercoastal waterway. Great communication with Tom who gave us lots of advice and recommendations which we used. We would definitely go back.

Relaxing Beach Getaway.

Our Villa was old Florida style. Just as we like it. Excellent location with private beach on one side and intracoastal on the other. All within walking distance. Quiet and relaxing. If you wanted more restaurants and entertainment. It was just a short walk to Deerfield Beach. A pleasant time!

Has it all!

This excellent location has a beautiful beach on one side and the Intracoastal for boat watching on the other. Our apartment was large, clean, and decorated for a resort homey feel. The kitchen was well appointed and included spices! The nearby highway helped our transportation and did not hinder our sleep. We hope to come back in the future.

Once again we stayed in Villa V and had a wonderful trip. The property is conveniently located to the pool, beach, restaurants and shopping. I believe this was our 5th stay at Villa V. The villa is beautiful furnished and has a wonderful outdoor porch.

Nice little place

Pretty much as advertised. Across the street from beach and about a mile walk to the bars and restaurants. No real issues with the villa. It was clean and everything in working condition. Only minor issue is that there was a bit of a mildew/damp smell to the villa, but nothing was actually damp. Towel service was a plus. Overall, we’d stay there again.

Beautiful

The Villa was exactly how it was described. Location was perfect just a short walk across the street to the beach. The private beach was beautiful. The water was clear and warm.The intercoastal was so beautiful too. We enjoyed sitting and watching the boats go by. Tom was a great host. He was very responsive when we arrived late for our check in. Will definitely be back next year.

Great location - beach & intercoastal together!

The property was great and the unit was very well appointed and cozy. However, the bed needs replacing. Unit V was right on the road, too noisy for me. Yeah I know the noise machine but.. We did enjoy the back porch and its greenery & privacy.
