The pool was lovely and the location was great. You are inexpensive Lyft ride away from the Mai Kai or the beach. We enjoyed the home but there were some issues with the upkeep of the property. Alot of discarded outdoor furniture and a sunken pattle boat. The stove had not been cleaned properly and there is some basic wear and tear to things that needs to be addressed.

Hidden Gem

Amazing property and host. Igor was extremely accommodating and responsive. You could spend your entire trip at the pool and tiki bar set up. Although the surrounding neighborhoods aren’t the nicest, the property itself is in a nice little neighborhood that is a short Uber from Fort Lauderdale. I would highlight recommend for a group trip

An oasis near Ft Lauderdale

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos. Fabulous pool and open floor plan interior. My family and friend had a great time during our stay. We barely left the backyard!

Private rental

We loved our stay. I stayed here with my husband and our 5 children and we had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, very private oasis feel to the backyard. The house is nicely updated and very clean. We plan on coming back next year!

Beautiful Home!!

We had such a relaxing vacation at this beautiful home!! A quiet neighborhood was just right for us while thrift & antique shopping was not far way. The pool was so great & the outdoor space was incredible. It was awesome to look out at the canal too. And Igor was great, he came to switch out the tanks for the grill, put salt in the pool & skim the pool while we there. The inside of the house was amazing!! Just the right touches from the house design, to the comfortable couches, comfortable memory foam bed in master bedroom and the kitchen island.

Great!

Check in was easy. He was very accommodating to what time we would be coming into town. Cleaned everything early so we could come early. The house was great, had everything we needed. He even brought us an extra box fan for one of the rooms within like 30 minutes of asking for it. Communication with him was very easy. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the air. We tried to keep it cool on the house and eveytime we got back to the house, it would be set on 74 or 76 degrees. We all were so hot constantly and we’re sweating in our sleep. We tried to keep it on 69 and it never hit that temperature. Partly our fault for not addressing this with the host, but We thought he was the one controlling it. Or maybe he had it set where we couldn’t adjust the air. Other than that, everything was great!

February get away

The property on the outside is showing a little age but the inside was nice. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and the 3 bedrooms were comfortable. There was only one ceiling fan, in the living room, and we felt each bedroom needed one to help move the air. There were a couple box fans available which we used that helped. The TV's were super and we loved the Direct TV hook up. The furniture for the living room is older and needs replacing in the near future. I can't say enough good things about the pool The water is heated everyday for 8 hours and made it soooo nice to jump into. The pool was used everyday. We got use to sitting around the pool area and enjoying cool drinks. and watching the wildlife that came to visitThe location of the house is perfect. Easy to find, beaches, grocery, and restaurants all close. We enjoyed the farmers market at the beach on Sundays and Peter Pan restaurant on south Dixie Hwy. We will be back!!

Sister’s week away

Igor’s house is lovely. Needs a bit of love and TLC, the listing photos are from ‘new’ and some things have not been maintained. We were able to communicate with Igor and I hope that he can bring it back up to par as it has such great potential.

A bit of paradise

The house is lovely, comfortable and well stocked. The pool area is amazing, private with many seating options. The wee dock to the canal offers a great sunset view as well as a view of the various wild life; fish, turtles and all sorts of birds. The iguanas mentioned in a few other reviews are a non-factor; yes, they are there but, do not bother you and are a fun curiosity. Igor was exceptional as a host.

Miami trip

This place is amazing. You usually see pictures of a bar with a TV and assume nothing works at a rental but NOT THE CASE HERE! We spent hours in the pool watching TV and enjoying the outdoors close to everything! Plenty of cookware and all the kitchen amenities. A+++ Igor was always available and check in was a breeze.

Great, relaxing vacation spot

This house is charming and spacious. The front porch is surrounded and shaded by beautiful vegetation. The backyard pool and tiki bar area are amazing. It’s located in a cute, quiet neighborhood which was close to everything. We enjoyed our stay here and I can’t wait to book again. Host was easy to contact and made sure we had a great stay. We loved seeing the iguanas in the yard and the ducks and other birds in the canal.

Good time

We had a nice stay . It was so hot all week the pool really came in handy. Only issue we had was trying to get the gas grill to fire.I think the hose may need to be changed .Igor was excellent with any information you might need. Glenn
