Nice little paradise

Love the location with easy access to the magnificient beach . Every morning i went walking on the beach . The house is very cute , well organised , big kitchen , very clean , and as advertised . The neighborhood is quiet with lots of nice trees .The A1A is beside the house but the noise level is fine ..Ricardo is a great host ! Very easy to communicate !

Relaxing and Spacious Stay

Relaxing and spacious stay for our family of four. Our family enjoyed the pool, gazebo, rocking chairs, and space. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the house was well taken care of. Making for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect location if you love the beach!

What a great spot right off A1A. Short 10 minute walk to the beach. All the beach gear you need is provided including a wagon to get your supplies there! All the comforts of home are provided, everything has been thought of. Just arrive and have a great time. The host is very responsive to any questions.

Wonderful stay!

Amazing vacation in Pompano beach

We had an amazing vacation in this property on Pompano beach. It is exactly as described and pictured. It's clean, homy and spacious enough for a family of 4. Ricardo (the owner) has thought through all the little details . The house had everything we needed. We have stayed in many properties in Florida over the years and this was the first time we didn't have to run to the store to buy such necessities as toilet paper or paper towels or laundry pods. Ricardo had everything and plenty prepared for us. Even 12 beach towels nicely folded in the basket next to the door to the pool. The kitchen is stocked with all the pans and pots, plenty of utensils - everything you need for cooking and we cook a lot. Appliances are new and high quality. The walk to the beach was easy and short: 5 mins max. The part of the beach closest to the house is very quiet : you pretty much have it all to yourself. If you are looking for more crowds you can easily find them as you walk down the beach closer to the large condo buildings. We loved the quiet part. And the light house that was just a short walk away (you can't get to it though as it is separated by the waterway) added charm to the beautiful beach with coconut trees. The pool at the house is deep and large. Plenty of space to dive, swim and play with kids. We enjoyed it twice a day. the house is the first house next to the street, but don't worry- no noise from the street. Thank you very much, Ricardo, for an amazing vacation!

Family Getaway

We had a great stay. The property is just like its description online and is a short 10-minute walk to the beach. The heated pool was a big hit as well. We enjoyed are stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pompano.

Clean, comfortable, and fun!

The property is well maintained, clean, and spacious. The property manager is very responsive to questions and was willing to stop by to assist. The onsite private pool and patio was very nice. We paid extra to heat the pool because we didn’t get lucky with the weather. All appliances seemed new and functioned well. The property is located next to a road, which may be a concern to some.

Great House to Relax and Enjoy the Beach

Wonderful house! It worked great for our family. We have 3 teenage boys and they loved the pool, bikes and beach access. Stocked kitchen, lots of games and fun play items as well. The owners are wonderful too. Very accessible and super nice. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Weekend!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this cozy home. This beach house is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation, from kitchen appliances, utensils, bathroom accessories, and beach chairs to pool toys and floats!! It was easy to communicate with the host (Ricardo), who provided a quick response to any inquiry pertaining to the process or property. He's a proficient host who knows how to care for his guests. This beach home can be a model for other Vrbo homes...well decorated and spotless with a beautiful garden, patio and pool! Indeed, I'll be back! Johnny M.

Perfect property

Could not ask for a better rental or better property owners. Don’t go to store till you see what’s available on site. We did not buy one supply other than food. They have thought of absolutely everything! Less than 6 min walk from beach ( 3 min walk to access and 3 min to water). Everything you can possibly need has been provided- bikes, bike lock, beach towels, cooler, all kitchen, bath and laundry supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool floats, children’s toys…. Can’t say enough about how well stocked this rental is! We had a very minor issue up front and the owner went out of his way to take care of it immediately, despite our telling him it was no big deal, before he left for his own vacation on a Saturday night! Location was perfect for visiting other areas- Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Ft Lauderdale. All less than 30 min drives. Can’t say enough about this rental or the owners. Very nicely updated and decorated home with a lovely outside pool/ fire pit area. The outside landscaping is beautiful! We would definitely rent again if we are in the area!

Lovely home away from home

Wonderful house furnished with great attention to detail. Literally EVERYTHING is there. The kitchen is fully equipped for all the dishes you want to prepare. A basic supply of spices, coffee, washing up liquid etc is already there. It has IT accessories everywhere (USB, TV, remotes for everything). For pool and beach everything is there even for the little ones. The house is VERY clean and well maintained. If you mention something that is missing (for us fishing rods), the great host Rick brings it over the next day along with a guide, who knows the subject. The nice hosts Rick and Patricia are immediately available if you have a question. All communication is uncomplicated and fast. The house is super located for many excursions and walking distance to the beach with private access. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Fantastic Florida beach stay

We stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 kids under 3) and were sad to leave the house. The property was incredibly clean and comes with every amenity a family might need, plus some! The pool (low chlorine/salt combo!) was wonderful with lots of toys for kids and the beds comfortable! The host was generous enough to meet us at the house to check in and show us around. And we really really appreciated with our early morning departure that they didnt require us to strip sheets or do much clean up. They were very responsive to any and all questions we had during our time and generous to help make it as comfortable and convenient for us as they could!

Great vacation

This property was fabulous and in a lovely neighborhood and very short walk to a private entrance to the beach. House was very up to date and exceptionally clean. It had everything we could want and need. Although we didn’t cook much it had a fully stocked kitchen and grill. Wonderful heated pool and gas fire pit that was fun on a cooler evening. Ricardo the host was fabulous and very attentive to our needs. He quickly responded to any questions we had and did so from the time I booked. I would highly recommend this property. You will have no regrets!
