The host was always accessible and handled a couple minor issues quickly and easily. The yard is the highlight, great pool and hot tub, fun games around every corner, well supplied in the kitchen and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

The backyard is the most comfortable aspect of this home, and fortunately the weather cooperated for us to make the most of it. There were a few issues, which were addressed immediately, and that was appreciated; very quick response time from the owners!

Everything about this place was fantastic.First, the hosts were very fast with any communication though little was needed, we are low maintenance and I grew up in the area, so know it well.The pool and the hot tub were amazing. My wife has sensitive skin but had no reactions to the water in either, a major plus. The pool and hot tub had clean and clear water, and we particularly loved the fountains in the pool for re-circulation that created a lovely background noise while we are out by the pool. Our trips to the area often involved a lot of running around but the lovely nature of the backyard and pool had us shift plans to take advantage of it. Spending lots of time in and around the water, taking in our morning coffee/breakfast and drifting off for an afternoon nap in one of the lounging areas. There is always part of the area that is getting sun and part that is not, so you can find that perfect balance. Also in the backyard is a small putting green, which we used a couple of times. Larger sitting areas and a hammock. You have complete privacy in the backyard, which is a wonderful bonus.The house itself was well set up, with three rooms, huge TVs and an old record player with records. A good kitchen if you want to cook and a large refrigerator, if you just want to bring in some take out like we did. The neighborhood is tucked into a quiet area near everything. All in all, we loved our time here, wanted another day by that pool. Maybe next time...

Attention to details

This was a nice rental property. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putting green. The inside of the property had nice beds and the basic essentials for a couple of days were supplied by the hosts. The hosts wet gracious and kind and good communicators. We would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful time! The backyard is huge and has everything you’d need, it’s amazing! The coffee station was awesome as well. Location was great and felt very safe. Cons: Ants in the kitchen if a crumb was dropped, struggled with weak WiFi connection, very few pool and shower towels, we noticed the AC unit started leaking water in the hall. The owner was very responsive and addressed the issue. The owners were great; even sent donuts one morning. Overall great stay.

As Advertised - Relaxing Stay!

My wife, 14-year-old daughter and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the sun during our February break, helping us to forget the snow and bitter cold that we left in upstate New York. Everything was as advertised. The outdoor amenities make the property, namely the pool, hot tub and putting green. There are lots of places to lay in the sun or find some shade. The house was clean, had large flatscreen TVs to binge shows at night, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Communication with the owners was awesome. Neil and Michelle went the extra mile by sending us Krispe Kreme donuts on our first morning, and they even solicited requests for vinyl records to add to their quickly-growing collection.

Top tier VRBO property in perfect location

Renting this place was amazing. From even a month before check in they were super communicative on what we could expect once we got here and what accommodations my family may need. The day of arrival was as smooth as possible as they communicated directly and made check in a breeze. Our first morning here they even greeted us with donuts! The house itself is incredible. Beautiful backyard with tons to do pool was AMAZING and we spent hours back there every day. The house and beds were comfortable and the actual location of the place was as good as it gets. When we come back to Fort Lauderdale we will be checking availability here first. Well done, this is what renting properties is supposed to be like.

We had a very relaxing time at this beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale. Complete with a pool and a hot tub and a beautiful backyard, this home was beautiful and spacious, and the hosts were very helpful in answering any questions that we had.

Very nice hosts

We're Ft. Lauderdale locals and stayed here for my wifey's milestone birthday. The property was a perfect staycation for us all to celebrate together, and the hosts Neil and Michelle were very accommodating, they even sent us fresh, hot Krispy Kreme birthday donuts as a nice surprise! I will definitely stay here again for our next staycation!

Lovely home and Amazing people.

Neil and his family made sure everything was perfect for me and my daughter on this trip. They even sent over some doughnuts! The home is very clean and doesn’t have that strong perfume smell you get at most places. The beds are very comfy and the whole place makes you feel like you’re at home. The pool is heated and I didn’t have to mess with anything. It was all ready to go. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor area the most. Probably because she got a hole in one on her first try and loved being lazy in the hammock! Seriously though they were there for us the whole trip. I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay! 😊 We are already looking forward to come back and play some more!

Absolutely Spectacular

I have stayed at many rentals and this by far was the nicest to date..The pool and hot tub lay out was awesome and made you not even want to leave the property...The house was also sparkling clean and beds super comfortable..The giant flat screen Televisions were great for us to watch the games as well..Owners were on point and were available for any questions if we had any..Wish I had more time to stay for sure! Thanks for letting my family stay in your home!!
