One of the best stays ever. Not only in is the home lovely and well-equipped, the location is wonderful. Check-in was the easiest we've ever encountered. Host is thorough and provides an entire notebook of home information. The boat dock was perfect for our boat, the pool is lovely and has there is tons of outdoor space, where we did most of our living.

Palm Villa was THE place for our family week together. We were in FL to witness and celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Location was easy to find, it was comfortable and safe. A book of details for Palm Villa was provided which came in very handy.Home’s interior was clean & decorated beautifully, though den/bedroom we found to be really dark & dated (photo of the room was on website), compared to the rest of the homes bright & airy flow. Kitchen was large & extremely well stocked including plenty of everything we could possibly need. A nice wine fridge/bar nook was a great spot to have. The personalized welcome message to our family found there was a nice touch. Home’s 3 TV’s (living room and two of the three bedrooms) were large. Though the cable network did offer a guide button on the remotes a printed channel guide, perhaps within the details book, would’ve come in handy as we’re not from the area. Home’s speaker system was a great bonus. Washer & dryer came in very handy. The exterior was nicely landscaped. Semicircular driveway easily fit our SUV’s. Back of home was lovely-sitting on a canal with a sunset view, beautiful saltwater pool, kitchen area with plenty of dining and sunning spots.Rich & Cindy could not have been better, responding promptly to any questions. They were very kind & accommodating to our special request. We highly recommend this property. We visit our daughter regularly and hope to return.

Just as perfect as last time !

We visited Palm Villa for a second time and it was just as wonderful as last time. All things was in order and nothing to complain about. It is really a nice canal-villa and we are thinking of returning already next year for a third visit. Everything is just according to the photos.We can strongly recommendd this property.Lars

Property was nice. Pool kept giving us an error message and wouldn’t heat consistently. The dishwasher was broke. Would stay here again if those were fixed. Owner was responsive.

Belle terrasse et coucher de soleil magnifique

Vous recevrez les infos pour la porte d’entrée quelques jours avant votre réservation et le proprio vous avisera si la maison est libre avant l’heure d’arrivée prévue. Belle attention à notre arrivée, des collations et des bouteilles d’eau avec une petit mot de bienvenue personnalisé. Une maison très bien équipée et confortable. Vous ne manquerez de rien pour cuisiner. Il y a même quelques items pour cuisiner comme des épices. Les lits sont confortables. 2 chambres sur 3 ont un téléviseur. La plage est à 12 min de voiture. Il n’y a pas de chaise de plage par contre dans la maison, apportez les votre si vous pouvez. Il y a des serviettes de plage fournies. Il y a 3 épiceries proches dont une a un peu plus de 20 minutes de marche. Le quartier est paisible et l’aménagement paysager est tropical et on se sent en vacances. La piscine chauffe à maximum 84 afin de protéger le système au sel. La communication avec les proprios étaient constante. Le guide des instructions avec photo est très bien fait et pratique. N’hésitez pas!

Great spot to enjoy the warm weather

The palm villa is a great place for your family to enjoy some downtime poolside. The house is nicely furnished and very clean. The exterior is amazing with a nice pool and steps to the water. Also the hosts were available and responsive to questions

Couldn’t go wrong with this place. Dead end street so no real traffic. We especially loved the outdoor patio area. House is lovely. Beds super comfortable. Master bedroom shower is amazing!!!

Wonderful property!!

This lovely house provided a perfect setting for our Thanksgiving this year. Everything, from the well-stocked kitchen, to the amazing canal front view, was top notch! My husband and I, along with our two dogs, came down to be with our son for the holiday, and my sister flew in last minute to join us. The house is super clean and very comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and responded promptly. The general area is loaded with stores of every kind, so very convenient. Everything was great!

Our stay was amazing!

This is a beautiful property with a salt water pool, outdoor kitchen, and on the canal front. The views and sunsets were amazing. Palm Villa was really nice. It offered tasteful home decor, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect with many restaurants and shopping close by. The hosts were very nice and offered a wine basket with snacks upon our arrival and a nice welcome to our family. I definitely recommend this Villa. We will plan to stay here next time we visit FL. Palm Villa Pompano

My family and I stayed at this home for 1 week. It is beautiful! The location is awesome- just a short drive to several beautiful beaches and tons of restaurants. So close to Publix, Walgreens, etc. (everything you need!) would highly recommend.

Great Place With All That We Needed

Good location not far from beach and restaurants. Great pool and outdoor area to hang out. Nice dock, which we used to fish and take out our kayaks. We caught mangrove snappers and jacks. We also saw some tarpon swimming around. Looking forward to using the location again when we are vacationing on the east coast of Florida.

Army Buddy’s

The three couples met because after 50 years the men were reunited after leaving Germany where they all met in the Army. This home was perfect for us to be together. The women enjoyed the pool and sun, while the men sat and reminisced about their Army days. We come to Pompano Beach as the 4th man lives here in Pompano. One couple traveled from Michigan, one from North Carolina and one from Northern Florida! Home and location were perfect! Host was very quick in responding to us.

This home has everything you could possibly need. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Easy to get to Pompano & Deerfield Beach. Rick and Cindi are wonderful hosts and answer any questions you may have promptly. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect property for a family get away

Upon approaching the home, we were blown away with the curb appeal. Arguably the best house on the street. The interior of the home is extremely clean and welcoming. There was plenty of provided towels in the bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. The rear patio is where we spent most of our time. The outdoor kitchen space was very convenient. We enjoyed the heated pool and my son was infatuated with the water feature. The property owner was always in contact and couldn’t have been more helpful. My family travels to Pompano yearly and I will be looking to return to this home on our next trip.
