Nice house with a pretty backyard

We had a great week at the property. The property manager was very responsive and handled some issues we had promptly. The pool is really nice for kids and we did some fishing off the dock.

Great Location

The home is as advertised and described. Great neighborhood - very quiet and secluded but in a perfect location close to everything you need. We brought our 21 foot boat and the dock with mooring poles were perfect for leaving the boat in the water. 2 lots away from the ICW and less than 10 minutes from the Hillsboro inlet by boat. Daniel, the manager, is very responsive and helpful. We plan to stay again!

Excellent rapport qualité prix ! Bien sûr la maison n’est pas à la dernière mode mais elle est à un prix raisonnable . La localisation est excellente . La cour est magnifique . Nous y avons passé un beau séjour . Merci à Daniel notre hôte pour son service exceptionnel !

Holiday Reunion!

We spent the Christmas holiday at this Pompano Beach home. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking and enjoying the season's festive lights. It is in a great location! The pool was a plus. A quick drive to many restaurants and grocery store. We were all adults so did not use all that was offered: crib in the closet, high chair, kids toys. The owners had bikes available to us along with beach chairs and fishing poles. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and bed linens. We had a couple hiccups and the owner had a maintenance person to us despite it being the day before Christmas Eve!

It is a beautiful older property.

This was a lovely large older house. It had 80's charm and the outdoor tiles showed aging as expected, lose tiles and unswept outer balcony with dirt and debree all over it unlike the photos of a gleaming back deck. The flooring inside, the tiles were spotted with random dirt, and sticky. The host had apologized for the quick clean and not having q full day to clean. The bedding was clean and charming. The house did have lots of extras like a bottle open, extra wines glasses etc. Beautiful kitchen and lots of unique granite and tile. The view was outstanding of the private beach channel. The tv had a great selection of channels and was easy to use. The pool was very nice to swim in. We did have to rewash put away glasses and silverware. Old red furniture is aged, but comfortable in the living room. Lots of great chairs and seating and cooking room. use

Family Vacay Right on the Water

Best family vacation with plenty of room to spread out! The house has a wonderful open floor plan with three bedrooms on one side and a fourth bedroom on the opposite side. Lots of seating in living room. The pool is a great size with large gradual steps to get in. The location is perfect with water access to restaurants, pull up sand bars, and even access the ocean through a nearby inlet. The house is stocked with everything you could need to relax, including plenty of towels, bikes, coolers, fishing poles, beach chairs, and kids toys. My dad loved fishing right outside the house and my son loved building with the magnatiles. The host was quick to answer any questions. We would stay here again.

Home away from Home

I rented this property for a 4-night stay for my family to spend a weekend together. We all agreed that it was a house with a warm, homey feeling. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean and orderly. The Property Manager, Daniel, was very quick in responding to any questions I had. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Relaxing haven!

The house was as described. The highlight for us was the incredible backyard area bouldering the inter coastal. It’s always sunny, retractable shade available if you want shade. Kids loved the pool and pretend fishing off the dock. Neighborhood is extremely quiet. Definitely recommend it.

Our 2023 Getaway

We had a wonderful time. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The pool is heated and is just what I needed. The house is clean and is very roomy. They have loads of extra bedding comforters towels hand towels face cloths etc We quite enjoyed our 28 days there. The location of the property is so close to restaurants , shopping etc. The neighbourhood is lovely. For those of you who choose this property Enjoy

Great Location!

We loved the location of the house. The pool was beautifu! We paid the extra to have the pool heated, it was still a little too cool for our liking, and they just increased the timer and that worked perfectly! There were four of us with only two loungers for by the pool. We asked if we could have two others, and received them by that afternoon! The neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. The property has 4 bikes on the premises. The only thing I would be wary of is renting the boat on the premises. It looks in poor condition. We will definitely be back!
