Excellent, high-end luxury townhome. Well-maintained, clean, and presents "like-new".The host was excellent. He forwarded local entertainment & restaurant options prior to our trip which were very helpful! Steps to the beach with a pool, hottub, sauna, and gym are hard to beat. Nice touches were appreciated such as having a drip coffee maker in addition to a keurig. We prefer the old-school drip coffee maker. Everything you need for the beach was provided such as beach towels, chairs, loungers, etc. The host makes it hard to leave! Check in and out were simple. We'll be back!RB

Pompano retreat

Very clean property, spacious, very contemporary. Fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs .Owner provided detailed instructions for check in and check out, was easy to follow.5 min walk to the beach, plenty of beach chairs with umbrella.We got groceries for a week and enjoyed our stay at Jay’s property.There is a small pool and exercise room, but we jogged along shore and walked to Pompano pier which is nice area with restaurants and shops.If you rent a car you can park inside of this townhouse and explore more area like Deerfield beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Palm BeachOverall: we liked it and might come back

Our stay could not have been nicer. Great location a stones throw to the beach and right around the corner from tons of restaurants. If you want an immaculate modern home where you can eat off the floor this is the place for you.

We really loved the condo. We were three retired couples vacationing. It was perfect having bathrooms with every bedroom. A short walk to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Pompano Beach Stay

The condo was beautiful. Jay was very communicative. However I do believe there were way too many rules. We were so worried about doing something wrong. It was hard to relax. It is not an oceanfront property, which is I booked the property. It is very close walking distance to the beach, but you cannot hear the ocean at all.

Great Property

The condo is tasteful and immaculate. There is good space between the bedrooms offering privacy for all. Conveniently located to the beach. The owner is very easy to reach and responsive when there were some initial questions. Highly recommend staying here.

Crisp and Clean!

My family and I were very impressed with how stunning this location is. Jay was very easy to connect with. He kindly left us a very nice coffee set-up. On the downside, RULES of the house were so extensive that there was not enough time to read them. They were also reiterated many times. Maybe this is needed for some guests, but it was too much for us. However, amenities included in the house seemed tucked away and required my contracting Jay to find and “unlock” the laundry room as well as to get into the pool and hot tub. One more request would be a better stocked kitchen. (More than 2 sharp knives). We would return.
