Amazing visit!!Unit clean with outstanding amenities. They thought of everything!! Beach equipment Kitchen fully equipped with all imaginable essentials!!Property manager more than accommodating!!Arrived very late and slightly inebriated (ok drunk:). Did not read emails correctly and manager still took my calls at 1:30A.M to aid me with unit access.

Perfect beach getaway

The apartment was absolutely perfect. We were on the “quite” side of the Broadwalk. You cannot find a better location with FREE parking! The apartment had EVERYTHING you need for a day out on the beach. Chairs, towels, beach toys, a whole tent! We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The property is always beautiful! I was however shocked at it was not as clean as my last stay at this property was. There were crumbs on the floor and I found a few dead bugs. I was very bothered that construction was going on during my stay there. It was very disruptive while I tried to sleep in and relax. The drills and equipment were so loud I could even here it when I was trying to relax on the beach. I just wish I was aware that would of been going on during my stay. I spoke with another guest staying on that property and they said they were made aware and it was discounted for them. Which was kind of bothersome. Not very relaxing when you are on vacation and paying a lot of money to stay there. I was also upset that the washer and dryer were not available because of the construction going on. That is part of the perks staying at this property. What was very distrusting is one of the owners on this property lives upstairs and she had the nerve to keep asking my guest that I was traveling with if he’s staying on the property and what unit is he in. She asked him more than once and when he didn’t tell her she stated she was going to call someone to get the answer! Who does that? Once I confronted her she apologized and brought him m and m candies to apologize! It was very rude and ignorant to be treated that way when she didn’t have a rite to ask us anything because we weren’t paying to stay at her property. I feel like I should be refunded something for this stay

Fantastic property

Beautiful property on the beach. Very clean and well equipped. Conveniently located on the Broadwalk with a short walk to the restaurants, band stand and shops. I definitely recommend the property and hope it is available when I visit the area again.

Perfect Getaway

Adorable place right on the beach! My new favorite spot to getaway! Convenient to restaurants, live music, and grocery stores. Safe, clean area of beach. Nice to have parking too! But you really don’t need a car.

Great Little Place To Stay

My husband and I stayed here, we were attending a Miami Dolphins Game. This place is exactly as described.... clean/spotless/easy check in and great location! Would highly recommend staying here. We will return for sure. Christine & Nick P.

Great spot for our concert weekend

The host had many details well thought out including coffee and creamer! And the location was a perfect Place to stay for a concert at the hard rock Stadium In Miami! You literally can’t get any closer to the beach than this. Thank you, Jeffrey!

Great location and nicely designed/renovated. Owner really thought about everything you can possibly need and made it accessible. The apartment came fully equipped with boogie boards, beach towels, mats, cooler, coffee and so many more. I felt right at home in this place and the communication was great. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I return to Hollywood Beach.

Birthday at the beach

Our stay was perfect. Check in was easy. Location was excellent. Walk out the gate, across the broadwalk, and you're in sand. We were able to see the sunrise from the patio. We will definitely book again!

Great time

My only real complaint was that the bed moved really easily when getting in/out of it because the frame is on wheels. We also would have preferred the ability to lower the AC temp more at night, but we know that’s just a personal preference. Other than that we loved the place and the location. Will likely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place with a great view!

My husband and our son stayed here from May 29th-June 3rd 2024. We were so pleased with this property. This property sits directly in front of the ocean for a spectacular view. The property offers a common area with a balcony with the ocean view as well which we utilized and enjoyed our breakfast outside one morning during our stay. I am very picky about where our family stays when it comes to cleanliness. I had seen the great reviews for cleanliness on this property before our stay and it was the main reason for our booking here. Upon arrival we quickly realized the reviews were true. The place was extremely clean and I had no complaints. Comfortable bed and clean, comfy bedding. All the amenities you could need. Fully stocked kitchen and even beach items to use while we were there like beach chairs and sand buckets and a canopy and so on. The home was easy to enter upon arrival and the convenience of the location of the property was perfect. Restaurants right down the broadwalk. The owner of the property was easily reached and responded to questions right away. We had the best experience and will be visiting again. Great vacation thanks to this property for meeting all our needs so we could enjoy and relax while away from home.

Don’t pass this amazing place up

This property was by far the best I have ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do this property justice. First off the owner Jeff responded so quick any time I had a question. Everything was so clean and tidy. Awesome keurig along with creamer and plenty of sugar and sweetners etc. which was so nice. Loved the fact the property has chairs for the beach. Both bigger chairs and lower chairs. Along with very nice beach towels and kids stuff for the beach. What a great thing to have! I would recommend this property to anyone and I cannot wait to stay here again! I mean step out your door onto the boardwalk and into the sand. Don’t even have to bring a cooler if you don’t want because your door is that close for drink, food and bathroom and come right back to the beach. Highly recommended for the location, communication by owner, cleanliness and the outside common area is the best as well.
