The initial walk-through for property management was incredibly lengthy, it took over 30 minutes to go through the house and rules. I have never stayed at a home that requested such a time-consuming check-in. I do not think that the management company takes into thought that we are on vacation and this is taking time out of our day. The house overall was very nice, the first floor was very well kept and clean, however the master bathroom floor had footprints on the floor when we arrived, you could see on top of the black marble. There were ants infesting the master bath tub, and around the sinks. The pool area was somewhat messy, there was debris in the pool and on the tile, especially in the hot tub. The lawn chairs were not in good condition, a handful of them were ripped. The color of the pool is not the same as listed in photos, it’s very dark like the canal water. The bedroom that has the bunk beds had a wall AC unit that did not cool properly and leaked our entire stay. From the start of the day between Thursday morning and Sunday morning at checkout I received 41 TEXT MESSAGES!! The entire stay I was in constant communication with management, which I particularly did not want to be, there are multiple issues in the home that had to be addressed throughout our stay. It was an absolute nuisance.
