Lots of Space and Excellent Location

Large, spacious condo with all the amenities! Loved the beach chairs and towels available. The pool and three decks were awesome and the location is perfect!

Wonderful stay

You never know until you get there …. What a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of space, beach towels, comfy beds, soooo close to the beach, and an infinity pool. Nice location and secure parking. Would stay again!

Well appointed beach condo. We enjoyed the convenience and location 1 block to beach as well as the privacy of private condo and pool. Wonderful family memories made- we would be happy to come again!

Gorgeous large apartment

This apartment was very clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies and towels! I loved how spacious it is and the open layout! The only thing missing was an outdoor grill to bq food. I will definitely be staying here again!

Nice place, as expected, good location.

The location was good and convenient to the beach and restaurants/stores. Pretty clean for a beach rental. Very roomy for 4 people. It’s technically 2 bedrooms, but has a decent sleeper sofa in a second space that has barn doors. It’s not 100% private, but worked well for one of my kids.

Great Location in quaint area

Just a walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. No car rental needed for staying here. Deerfield Beach area is full of friendly locals and other friendly people will fit in. Laid back area. This place has 3 great balconies to relax on.

US Doing Family in FLA

This was an excellent property. Clean, details well thought through and finished beautifully. Great for our family . Hope renovations around pool are complete soon. We missed getting to use the Infiniti pool but the beach is very close by.

Management Company-fail

The property is a lovely place in a beautiful location. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the views. But the management company did not clean the facility prior to our arrival. The homeowner has provided a lovely place but VACASA is a fail.

Great stay, great location, great condo!

Had a snafu during check in but quick call corrected the issue and we got into the condo. Amazing location! Quick walk to the beach. Beds comfortable with high quality sheets. Super clean inside, outdoor furniture was nice. Showers had good pressure and cost me some extra money as my family now wants the same shower head at home! Great space. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nice to have. Beach toys, chairs and wagon were nice. Overall one of the best rentals we have been in. We tried to book it again at the end of our trip but it was sold out- whole family sad we couldn’t bookend the trip at this amazing place. We cant wait to come back.

Pretty and clean, good for a sunny period

The unit is nice and it was clean, but the master bedroom and en suite bathroom smelled like body odor (with some kind of room deodorizer used to mask it). I ended up sleeping in the smaller bedroom because of it. When I was there it was rainy and overcast so I didn’t get to enjoy the pool and easy access to the beach, but the patios are nice and I was able to at least look at the pool. I love the dining table and area. It would be great for entertaining. Parking was easy as was the journey to the unit. But, the elevator carpet and hallway carpet were dirty and the elevator smelled like feet!

Great place for a family beach trip!

Overall, this was a wonderful location for our family beach trip with two young children (they slept in the same bed). The condo was clean and the parking, security gates, and pool were all well-maintained. The condo has a patio closet that has a beach cart, beach chairs, a boogie board, and numerous sand toys. We wished the condo had more towels. It only comes with 6 beach towels and 6 bathroom towels, which just isn’t enough when you are doing ocean, pool, and multiple showers/day. The bedding could be improved, it smelled a little musty and the blankets were thin. It’s just a 5 min walk to the beach, and ten minute walk to the great dinner spots in Deerfield. We hardly used our rental car!

Very disappointed

Wish I could write a great review but I can’t. Back in September of 2023 I booked our annual vacation with out of state friends. I initially booked through VRBO but then got linked to VACASA.We checked in around 4 pm and noticed right away a few things…We were the only car in the lot other than a maintenance crew that was leaving for the day, the pool was all roped off with caution tape, and there was scaffolding and generators all around the pool. We went over to the crew and inquired about was going on. They told us the pool would be closed and the whole exterior was being power washed and painted for the next MONTH!!!!! At no point were we told by VACASA! We made our way up to the condo and saw the patio furniture all wrapped up. Called Vacasa every day that week about waking up at 7:30 am to the noise of workers talking, loud generators running and men on scaffolding outside our windows. Supervisor finally called me back on Wednesday, said she would contact owner and get back to me. Never heard back. I really hope that the family checking in after us was advised about the pool. We work very hard all year long and look forward to our yearly vacations together. This was so disappointing.
