We had a great stay for our annual girls trip! This was our first time in Fort Lauderdale and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was clean and spacious. Our flight arrived 3 hours prior to check in, and the owner graciously let us in early. The pool and tiki bar were fabulous and convenient. Everyone was so nice and hospitable.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

Myself and guests had a wonderful time in Fort Lauderdale while staying at this property. It was everything you'd want for a quick beach getaway. Communication with the host was a breeze, the condo unit was clean, well appointed, and best of all, steps away from the beautiful beach. The tiki bar downstairs was lively in all the right ways. Overall a perfect stay.

Great beach getaway

We’ve stayed here before - there are not many places that offer a great pool and direct beach access with a full tiki bar right on the beach. The unit worked out great with space for 5 of us, and the property manager was super responsive and accessible. There’s a full kitchen and everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable, including beach chairs for us to use. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The hosts are great and responsive. Condo wasn’t what we originally booked due to renovations or repairs but the replacement was still nice enough. We had 5 adults and 2 kids in our group and it felt spacious enough for that combo! Our stay happened during Hurricane Milton and it was still a great trip!

We just returned from our incredible vacation at New Ocean beach condo and we cannot stop raving about it! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect and the amenities were top-notch. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Sally was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions, recommendations and prompt communication throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met such as getting a high chair ready and pack n play for our little ones before we even arrived to the property. Don't hesitate to book this incredible property. You won't regret it!

Stay in Fort Lauderdale

This is a perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing yet busy vacation! There is plenty to do between the jet skis, tiki bar, and the beach. The owner was extremely flexible and amazing to book with. We comfortably fit 12 people in the condo. Fully recommend this place for a get away, we had the best time!

Final flamingle Bachelorette

I couldn't have been happier I almost thought I was being pranked when the property manager contacted me to see if there was anything she could arrange such as transportation from the airport and if any groceries were needed.... Her husband Jon picked us up from the airport without a single trouble and when arrived at the condo he brought our luggage up while the cleaning crew cleaned... At this point we hit the tiki bar before heading to lunch since we arrived at 10 am... Great amenity to have and even better that they allowed us to leave our luggage ! The fridge was stocked the snacks were purchased and on the counter literally leaving nothing for us to do ! The condo had everything it said it would ! And Sally the property manager remained in touch the entire time to make sure our needs were met ! I honestly can't recommend this place enough !!!! They were such a pleasure to deal with! For sure recommend this spot for bachelorettes or girls trips!

A few notes to point out *Shower in the double bed room leaks very bad which you did offer maintenance on however I don’t think it’s a easy fix as I think it involves tile work *tv service was off and on (possible Wi-Fi issues) * it seems the electricity defective. Random lights would turn off and on *one bedroom thermostat cover was missing * front door handle didn’t fully fill in the opening allowing for people to view in the room. Luckily we were able to utilize paper towels to stuff in the opening Hotel employees were not very kind to condo renters but I do know you can not control that Resort pool needs cleaning and maintenance. I am not complaining but more of an fyi and observation however I do know the condo was affordable and we choose to rent it but I think general maintenance would make for a better overall experience
