Excellent vacation spot!

The listing is very accurate. My group of 9 had plenty of space and really enjoyed all of the amenities at the property. The pool was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed. You will need a car to get to the beach or there is a bus down the road that takes you right to Dania Beach. Great option if you don’t want to drive.

Wonderful house

We had a great week with the family including a baby. Very well equipped and very clean. Well located near many beaches. The pool is the highlight ! Warm and inviting. Would go back again.

Great Spring Break location for families

We really enjoyed our spring break vacation in this house. We had plenty of room with 2 different families with kids. It was clean, well stocked and we felt safe in the area.

Family friendly

I wanted to take a moment and share that my family of four had a great time. This house is located very close to the beach and the kitchen was so thoughtfully stocked. We spent a majority of time just hanging out by the pool. Michael was great with communication. My family will definitely be back!

An amazing week!

We had such a great time staying here. Michael was so easy to work with and great to communicate with. The house and pool were both immaculate. They had so many accommodations for my 3 year old, 8 month old and 1 year old nephew! The house is in a great location with lots of things to do very close by. All we hoped for and more.

Spacious home with a lovely pool.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable and so convenient with a tv in each bedroom. The outdoor area was quiet and secluded. The pool was a comfortable 90 degrees everyday. Micheal was great, giving us an early check in and communication with him was easy. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Well equipped

Stayed for a week with my son, wife and in-laws. The weather was great, so we used the pool on a daily basis. The pool was serviced twice a week and was very clean. The outdoor space was very well set up with a covered area and plenty of seating and lounging chairs. The kitchen was also well equipped and large enough for multiple guests. The one bathroom en suite with the tub was very awkward to get into. Also, there are lots of mosquitoes, not sure if present because of the greenery adjacent to the properties fence. My wife had many many insect bites. Overall, the house is centrally located and appointed nicely to accommodate multiple guests. I would highly recommend its use, and would consider staying there again.

Unable to work from home

Unable to work from home as listed. Had to cut stay short by 4 days.Patchy internet and cell service. Did not care for the area. The pool has a film that coats swim suits and floaties. No place to bathe a baby but the shower floor of a stand up and as described before, the tall tub is very difficult to get in. Hot tub is old.

great house

perfect house for the 7 of us. we appreciated the fact that the kitchen was adequately provisioned for us to actually cook. The salt water pool was warm and wonderful. We were five minutes from the beach. close to FLL. As advertised.

Family Vacation

Well kept. Very clean. All utensils and kitchenware provided that you would need. Extra towels. Perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms. The best part was the pool!! Nice space in back. Pool was very big and kept perfectly warm! My children usually get cold in a pool that is shaded bc of sunset at around 3–4. They didn’t complain once and stayed in extra! Pool had 3 big floats I purchased and still had extra room. The picture on ad didn’t lie. Michael also was very attentive and responded immediately to any questions. Communication was available. We were all very pleased. It is a corner property with a road that is a bit busy which we were worried about but it ended up being very quiet! I would recommend this home. Thank you Michael!

Amenities Galore!

Having stayed at many rentals in the past, I can assure you that you will not find one with more amenities. Need scissors? I found 6 pairs. Cheese grater? No less than 5. Who needs 5 cheese graters??? 20+ quality beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrellas (For rain and shade), tennis rackets, 100+ clothing hangers, etc. I could go on…. Gigantic TVs in each bedroom! This house is better equipped than my primary residence. Kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare meals. We chose the back porch as our venue to sit down and enjoy them. The pool is wonderful, and pool heat is included! The owner does not chince on pool heat, which many do. Some rentals include pool heat in the price, but don’t keep it warm enough. This pool was nice and warm during our entire stay, which my family appreciated. Even after several cold nights (Lows in the 50s) the pool heat was more than adequate. The owner was very responsive to an internet issue and resolved its within minutes of me reaching out. The property is an average, cookie-cutter lot which has been immensely improved by the creation of a privacy border. In addition to the 6-foot tall fence, various trees and plants create a hedge and shield you from the outside world. The neighborhood has a safe and friendly vibe. It is only slightly noisy due to idiots driving vehicles that omit obnoxiously loud noise.

Perfect if traveling with toddlers

The check in process was easy and a early/late check in and out made the process with flights much easier. Property manager went above and beyond when I requested a item needed for making Thanksgiving dinner. The house had everything needed if you have a toddler staying with you.

the property was very comfortable and was exactly as advertised the kitchen had high end appliances and was well stocked. by far Michael our host was the best I have dealt with. Promptly replying to all our questions and needs . I would recomend this VRBO as a great family home

Wonderful Home

From booking to departure, the experience was amazing! Keyless entry made check in easy. We had brought some kitchen items just in case, but never needed because the kitchen is fully outfitted with anything you can ask for. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and perfectly crisp linens. Plenty of pool towels and a beautifully clean pool. Extra gas for the grill was there so we never had to worry about running out. Any question was responded to quickly. Distance to stores, casino, and beach is very convenient. A trip to Hollywood to walk on the boardwalk and souvenir shop was only 15 minutes. The main focus was family time at the house and enjoying the home. Highly recommend this property! Michael is an amazing owner and focused on making sure his guests have an amazing vacation!

Beautiful property!

We had an amazing stay! The property was well maintained and very clean. I felt like I was cooking in my kitchen at home. The kitchen has nice appliances, and they supplied everything that you needed. The kitchen had spices and cleaning products (you don’t find this at most rental properties). They even had plastic dishes that you can use outside. My son loved the color kid dishes too. They supplied multiple things for kids, which made it awesome. The patio and pool was by far the highlight. We spent most of our day in the pool, and then we would grill for lunch or dinner (very nice grill). The pool was so was warm, clean, and beautiful. There was a crew there twice to clean and take care of the chemicals (very well maintained). The beds were comfortable, and there were TV’s and fans in every room. Another highlight would be the property manager, Michael. He attended to any need that we had. He checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything, and to see if we were having a good time. It was really important to him that we were enjoying the property. He even sent me a bunch of recommendations before we checked in. We had a wonderful vacation!

Perfect house and weather

Our family of six adults and four children had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was there! The four bedrooms along with a crib for our grandchild were perfect. The owner was there when we arrived and provided a tour of the property which was impeccably clean. Hollywood beach is just ten minutes away and was fantastic. Hopefully we will all be back next winter!

Great stay for our Golf getaway

The house was in great condition and was just as pictured and listed. The pool and hot tub were the high points. Would definitely stay there again. Michael was so helpful and accommodating. He was a great communicator.

Perfect vacation house

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's property. The house itself is absolutely perfect, very very clean, every guest has its own space, making it very practical, and the living/kitchen area is spacious (very convenient). The outside is probably the real gem of this house, with everything you need to sunbathe near the pool, go for a swim, or just enjoy the warmth of Florida in January! In addition to that, Michael is very kind and helpful, and provided everything we needed for our two little ones, which helped make our stay even better. Finally, its location is great as well. Our family had never seen Florida, and they were able to visit everything around (the Everglades, Palm Beach, Miami Beach...) on single day-trips. We would definitely come back!
