This was the perfect size and location for my wife and me. It is on a quiet street and in a gated group of properties. Step out of the gate and you see the ocean. The boardwalk is just as they say, steps away. Once there, a left takes you north along the resort part while a right takes you along the restaurant/shop part. The water taxi is literally a couple blocks away.

We booked this place instead of a resort because resort fees would have been a couple hundred dollars more. We were told 22 a day for parking is what we would have to pay for street parking and we were okay with that. Until we got there and the link they gave kept giving an error message and we ended up having to park in the parking garage all week. It ended up costing us almost 150 MORE than what we were expecting. We did reach out and they could not fix the problem for us but offered to pay any parking tickets we received. We did not want parking tickets on our records and we were also driving a rental and it would have went to the rental company instead which may have caused a lot more trouble in the end so we opted to pay for the garage parking. Another issue we had when we arrive is we could not get into the front gate after typing the code in multiple times. Eventually it did work but then we get to our studio door and our code would not work there. I texted the host and they did not respond for 30 minutes so we were just standing there wondering what to do and worried we may have been scammed. We tried to call and the number went straight to voicemail. We even left a message and did not receive a call back. Finally they texted back and said they forgot to reset the code. So they remotely reset the code for us and it was okay from there on out. We used the other gate located on the other side of the street for the duration of our stay and didn’t have an issue anymore

We had a very relaxing four day stay here. It was especially nice being so close to the beach with the necessary beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas and cooler) provided. This place was conveniently located near the boardwalk with lots of options for restaurants within walking distance. It was quiet and clean with a cute little courtyard to enjoy right outside the front door. Rocky and Hope were very responsive as we had a little technical difficulty with the parking permit. We would definitely stay here again .

We will be back! Great location, close to everything! Has all the amenities you will need. We loved that the beach was just skip away. The location is close to all the great restaurants and fun bars (Riptide and Nicks).

this unit was just as described! clean close to boardwalk ocean loved the pool area and fact it had laundry on site to use prior to going on cruise could do our laundry that we had used the 3 days we stayed. Rocky and Hope were very quick with responses to our questions prior to arrival and while there. will definitely book with them again if we go to Hollywood Thank you for everything!!

We had a great stay at this property on Hollywood Beach. It was the perfect size for 2 people. We didn’t cook there but appreciated having the microwave and refrigerator for leftovers. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. We felt safe throughout our stay but liked having the added security of the locked gates. Really enjoyed having the patio area out right outside the front door. The pictures don’t do the pool justice, it’s bigger in person and is maintained really well. Thanks for a great weekend!

The studio was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed — whether we wanted to cook a light meal, head to the beach, or just relax and stay in. The location was great, with an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. We loved our stay! Hope and Rocky were super helpful and quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back!

Well appointed, cute as a button, and location, location, location! We spent two nights here before a cruise. Close to airport and cruise port. Just steps from the beach and Broadwalk (which offered many dining options within easy walking distance). Even though it is close to the action, the unit was pleasantly calm and quiet. If in the area again, would happily chose this place.

Super cute and super clean! Location can't be beat, practically on the broadwalk, but just far enough down from the main section to be quiet. The hosts were AMAZING and checked to be sure we had everything that we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, and perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, safe area, with plenty of food options within walking distance. We will be back!

Well stocked unit

The unit is well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Kitchen was also very well stocked. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Property manager was very helpful and addressed all needs promptly. One suggestion would be to use the parking garage next to the building rather than the street parking- more convenient.

The studio was immaculate! Everything was well thought out: the space, the items provided, etc. the location was perfect, close to the Broadwalk, beach, grocery stores and the airport! The complex was immaculate also- super clean, adorable and very nice to hang out in. The pool was clean. 10/10! Rocky our host was super helpful, friendly and a great communicator. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay for a perfect getaway!

My husband and I went down to Hollywood Beach for the first time and stayed at Rocky and Hope’s condo! It was perfect, we were within walking distance to the broadwalk with so many shops and restaurants. The pool area was amazing and we met some great people! The condo was perfect for the weekend—clean with beach towels, a beach bag, a cooler, etc. We didn’t have to pack any of it! Not to mention it was so clean, had toiletries there for us, and Rocky was the best host to communicate with! 10/10 will be back again!

Excellent location

Excellent location, only a very short walk to a beautiful beach and boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit felt safe, clean, and the pull down bed was very comfortable. This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway and we would definitely book again.

Cozy studio apt

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy studio apartment in Hollywood Beach! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just steps from the beach, close to great restaurants, shops, and the lively boardwalk, yet still quiet and relaxing when you need to unwind. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Communication with Rocky was seamless from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even extra coffee pods. It truly felt like a home away from home.We’re already looking forward to our next visit this hidden gem is definitely a place we’ll be returning to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming, stress-free beach getaway!

birthday week!

when we first arrived it was a little bit messy due to the other visitors BUT rocky got that straightened out right away & made it right! aside from that it’s a beautiful place to stay, the bed is extremely comfy, the shower is nice, and the kitchen area is prefect for 2 people!! the walk to the beach/boardwalk is not even 2 mins so that was great!! it made my birthday week wonderful! 10/10 would recommend ! rocky & hope are amazing host and responded attentively. Thank you!

Cozy room, well appointed

Its about a half a block from the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas. Food and shops all up and down broadwalk!! Also if u get there early theres a place that will hold luggage (20). I watched the sunrise almost everyday!! Beautiful! It's a diverse crowd down there....retired, young athletic, and families. Rocky was pretty quick to answer and always helpful! There is a nice pool (and iguanas!). The place sits facing another row of 'apartments' both ends are gated. I felt safe. I'll go back for sure!!!
