Perfect Girls Trip!
Bill was great to work with! The house worked out perfectly for out girls trip. There was tons of space and had everything we need. The location was easy to get to the airport and to all the restaurants we wanted to go. We will be back!

A Great Stay
This house was as advertised. Big bedrooms, great indoor and outdoor living space and a great pool. The kitchen was well appointed and we were just a mile or so walk from the beach and the Fort Lauderdale river walk. Bill was a great host. Go! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing place for a family gathering!
Bill was very easy to work with and answered our calls immediately with any questions we had. The house is so spacious and allowed our large group to gather together and yet still have privacy. You can’t beat the outdoor space!

Family Getaway

Great Stay
The property was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. All the amenities were available such as kitchenware, table settings, towels, (both for pool and regular), washer/dryer, internet, AC. There was also a dock for a boat which was convenient as we took a boat from there to Miami. Negatives were there was construction on both sides of the house so it got loud during the day if you are outside. That will go away eventually and is beyond the owner's control. The fan outside on the patio didn't work, but I understand that is getting fixed. The speakers in the house didn't work, so if you like to listen to music, I'd suggest to bring a portable speaker. Overall it was a great stay.

30th Birthday Celebration
We stayed in Bill’s home during the 4th of July weekend and has a fantastic time! We celebrated my 30th birthday and the location was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful both on the inside and out. Bill was a great host and was very accommodating! We would absolutely stay again without a doubt!

Great stay but beware of major construction surrounding the house - merits a discount!
We had a lovely stay at Las Olas Isles! There were 14 ladies in our party and loved the house - it was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very attentive (especially when our chef set off the fire alarm by accident!) and allowed an early check in. There were a few caveats that I feel necessary to list as we did not feel the listing was totally accurate (hence the 3 star review): - There is MAJOR construction in progress surrounding both sides of the property. Makes it a bit uncomfortable when you have a 14 ladies walking around in bathing suits. They also started hammering at 7AM on Saturday morning! Highly recommend that this be revealed in the listing and this merits a discount on the home (the owner refused to offer a discount when we asked as we were VERY surprised by the construction and it did affect our overall stay). - There were limited linens readily available but after speaking with the owner he was able to unlock a closet full of fresh linens. - Our contract that we signed included at 11 AM check out but cleaners showed up at 10 AM to clean. This wasn't a major issue as some of the girls rooms were already vacant but recommend that you confirm your 11 AM check out.

Excellent home, location, and property owner
This house is amazing! More than enough room to sleep 14+. Enough driveway parking for 5 cars. The pool and house were very clean and a pool cleaning company even stopped over for a quick clean. Bill was very responsive via text message throughout the stay. He worked with us to resolve a pipe leak in the kitchen and we were not charged for the repair (makes sense as we found the leak and did not create it). House has plenty of living room and kitchen space. Multiple refrigerators, tvs, showers, etc were perfect for a group of our size. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard playing yard games that we brought from home - corn hole and can jam. Electric scooters are available to rent throughout the town by using your cell phone. Beautiful walk to the beach, only 20 minutes. I certainly recommend this house to anyone with a large group or family. I hope to be back! Thank you very much Bill!

Excellent experience
We had an amazing experience with our stay at this house. The house was spotless, the accommodations luxurious and comfortable. The owner was always available to assist by phone whatever was needed even just to adjust the temperature of the pool. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would go back again in a heartbeat!
