Have been to many VRBOs over the years, this is at the bottom of list for every returning. Arrived to find it was an older duplex, but photos looked OK. As we came through the gate, loud party next door, very close tables an chairs to the main entrance semi hidden from view by a curtain. The yard looked like it had not been mowed for sometime and weeds were high, little or no grass. Inside the photos were better than reality but semi accurate. The mani bedroom, on the side by the neighbors, clearly was not going to let anyone get any sleep. We close the place for a flight by my family visiting. Never said it was a duplex. We left without staying but had many automatic emails, some looked AI generated, so the high rating for communication is high even when I told the owner and company monitoring the VRBO we were not there. I thought one off the last ones “how did you enjoy your stay” when we did not even stay there, and wrote the VRBO contacts, was a bit much. Lost payment.
