Parking was easy, if not particularly secure - it was outside uncovered at the side of the apartment building.Minor issue: the immediate access gate and the elevator were both inoperable, making it a bit more difficult to get to the unit - especially for Seniors with luggage. We were warned about the gate, but not about the elevator.The unit itself was great - spacious, comfortable, convenient, very well equipped - with extensive explanatory printed information provided. Always quiet, no boisterous neighbors or traffic noise.One cautionary point: the runner rug in the kitchen slipped and bunched at the slightest turn or misstep. Definitely a tripping hazard - might be cured with a pad, but I would just take it out.Overall, one of the best VRBO places ever for us.

The location is great, close to the beach next to a big mall and a whole bunch of restaurants. The building is very quiet and VERY well stocked with anything you might need. David is amazing and does whatever he can to help you out. I stayed for a week for work so I had my company truck and it’s pretty big so David worked it out with the neighbor to switch me spots so I was on the end because there’s assigned spots. It’s a very safe, quiet and family friendly building. Definitely recommend staying.

Perfect little get away

We booked this condo for the Tortuga Concert. It is in the perfect location to walk to the beach. The condo was clean, well stocked and the propermanager and owners were incredible. We will stay again.

We loved this condo!

From the minute we walked in, we knew we'd made the right decision about where to stay for our week away. The condo was clean, roomy, nicely decorated, comfy, and well stocked with everything we needed--even things we hadn't thought of, like soaps, shampoos, hair dryers, beach chairs, and tons of towels! We felt safe and secure, as David, the most helpful and hospitable owner, had given us codes for entry into both the complex and the condo (with that code matching the last four digits of my cell phone--easy to remember! Location is across the street from the Galleria, a quick walk to Publix, about a mile from the beach, and short drives to restaurants, parks, and other attractions. I highly recommend this condo and would choose it again for any future visit to Fort Lauderdale.

Fantastic Stay

David was a fantastic host, extremely personable and very easy to communicate with. His property is fantastic and the photos do not do it justice. It was spacious, well-appointed, and perfectly located for our stay. We did not rent a car and were able to easily walk to the grocery store, water taxi stop 7, the beach as well as numerous fantastic bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends and hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect spring break getaway for family

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious two bedroom and two bath condo. Great location with lots yo so within walking distance. Ten minutes to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms are a little outdated but were clean. Lovely pool. Host was easy and prompt in all communications. We would stay here again!

Quiet, spacious condo

The condo was very spacious and clean. The pool area was very inviting. Our host was very helpful and communicated very quicly when we had questions. It was very close to Hugh Taylor Birch state park which offered great beach parking, restrooms, and kayak rentals. A great find!

Not what I expected

Ok nightly list rate, but you'll end up paying more. Not worth it for the price. Barely walking distance to the beach. Sub par provisions and facilities. Hall toilet leaks on floor and soap dispenser was broke. Only bath towels, cheap shampoo, and body wash was provided. Kitchen sink was clogged and filled with dirty water upon arrival. Beds, pillows, and bedding were low quality and itchy. Drawers and corners are filled with what seem to be owners stuff. The security camera is inside and has a microphone on it and there were multiple motion sensors inside, which made us feel like we were being watched. We were grateful for them to open up their house to us but would not say it's worth the price.

A Must Stay

This place was absolutley exceptional! First of it was extra clean (hats off to the cleaning company) secondly he paid attention to detail in every room and made you have that beach but classy feel. Location was great and nice and quite. Will defintiely stay here again

60th birthday

Meet some friends to celebrate 60th birthday. Great location short walk to the beach. The beach was great area with a lot of folks enjoying the day. Condo short walk to the grocery store and Starbucks. Restaurants very close as well. The condo was very nice. Perfect for our trip. Quiet and comfortable. The pool great for quick dip or just to sit in the sun. There is also a grill for use. I highly recommend staying here
