The photos you see are from YEARS ago when the hotel was new. Now is run down and feels really old, needs paint in the exterior, looks and feels very old in the inside as well. They don´t clean your room every day but every 3 days, the room don´t have safe deposit boxes, beds are not great and the pillows are terrible. TVs are old and not smart TVs. In general it feels real cheap. The only good thing is that it is close to the Sawgrass Mills Mall. I will never ever stay here again in the future.

La habitación la entregan limpia, pero posteriormente no hacen limpieza, la alfombra del pasadizo está súper sucia, el desayuno está bien

lo único es que no está tan cerca del outlet y no nos especificaron que el desayuno entre semana era hasta las 9 y no a las 10 como en fin de semana y lo perdimos, por lo demás todo muy bien y el del front desk suuper amable ✅

Los cuartos apestan a cucaracha y abombaos. Lugar feo y sucio. Sabanas manchadas. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

No hacen la limpieza de los cuartos a diario y nos informaron que se hace solo en estancias mayores a 3 días.
Nos robaron una caja con un par de zapatos.
