    Located in the coveted neighborhood known as Lauderdale Beach, this house is literally a minute's walk from the beach. Enjoy early morning and late night secluded walks on the sand or through the neighborhood, long hours sunbathing, or splashing in the surf or the private heated pool. Centrally located and close to all the best shopping, dining, and partying venues. Lots of local outdoor activities such as snorkeling and scuba diving, fishing, jet skis and boat rentals, and gambling cruises. The house was in great condition and perfect for 2 couples. Curtis and Kathy as host and manager were very welcoming. The location was also fantastic as it is truly steps away from the beach. Considering we were in town for Thanksgiving, the house was well equipped to handle making that level of dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Great place close to the beach

House has great furniture, kitchen, towels, sheets. Pool and backyard are wonderful for late afternoon swim and relaxing. Beach is literally around corner in a quiet neighborhood.

Steps from the beach ‐ backyard oasis

This 2 bed /2 bath homes gives all that you looking for.Comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, tv in every room (including master bath and kitchen) and a backyard oasis that allows you to choose the beach or your own private pool!A definite repeat in our books.

Fabulous Fort Lauderdale stay!

The property was wonderful! Great location, pool, kitchen, beds, etc. The property also worked well and was comfortable for my friend who unfortunately broke her foot Day 1! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Kathy was great to work with as well!

We had a great time during our stay. Everything was set up perfectly. Kathy was just a text away if we needed anything. The walk to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise was amazing. The pool was refreshing and had the perfect amounts of sun and shade throughout the day.

Perfectly located for the beach

The house is perfectly located for beach access in a nice and neighbourhood. Kathy the property manager was wonderful and easy to communicate with. House was spotless with a great pool and yard.

Perfect Retreat

The home is perfect for 4 adults. It’s updated, and close to a wide variety of activities. The property manager and owner are very engaged and hospitable, and take care to make sure the visit meets expectations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, fully-equipped home in ideal beach location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lauderdale Beach. The house is perfect. The beds are comfortable, beach & bath towels plentiful, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We walked easily to the beach, many nearby eateries, and Walgreens. An amazing bakery, terrific Detroit-style pizza place, excellent Greek restaurant were highlights. We enjoyed being close to both Ft Lauderdale, and charming Lauderdale by the Sea.

Great Getaway for my wife and I, two teenage daughters, and dog

Nicely furnished and decorated, updated kitchen with gas stove, extremely comfortable beds, updated bathrooms with a main bath walk-in shower, a spacious and comfortable living area with large flat screen TV, well manicured and fenced in back yard with pool and sun shade, upscale neighborhood, roughly 100 fee from the beach.

Another Great Stay!

This is our second time within 2022 staying at this property. First, Kathy and Curtis provide great communication with all details. We had an excellent time on our first trip and the second trip this year was the just as good. You can’t ask for a better place to stay. Christmas in Fort Lauderdale

Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Roomy enough for the 4 of us and our 60 pound Pittie. We had space to put up our small Christmas tree.

Sophomore Stay Was Stellar!

This was our second time staying at this property and most certainly will not be our last! We love the location (quiet, super close to the beach, walk to restaurants/shopping) and the house exceeds expectations in every way. Fully equipped, tastefully decorated, and a beautiful pool/patio - what more could you want for a totally relaxing vacation?! And property manager Kathy is simply the best. We will definitely be back next year - already looking forward to it!

Fantastic Stay in Ft. Lauderdale!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. The house was spacious, well decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape during the warm afternoons.Kathy was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Fort Lauderdale.
