  • +1800 pies cuadrados de sala de estar para 8 - 2 habitaciones, 2 baños completos. Arcade, mesa de billar, bar de vinos, dardos, estéreo, máquina de palomitas de maíz con palomitas de maíz gratis, máquina de chicles con dulces gratis. Mucho que hacer en un día lluvioso! La casa de huéspedes se encuentra en una gran finca costera boscosa en la exclusiva zona de yates del este de Fort Lauderdale. Completamente actualizado con cuarzo, mármol, muebles nuevos. GRAN bañera hundida en espaciosa suite principal con área de descanso. Hermoso barrio para caminar / trotar / explorar. Muy conveniente ubicación este cerca de las playas, aeropuerto, Las Olas, centro de la ciudad. Propiedad del canal Ocean Access. Cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente aislado y 3/4 acre para alejarse de todo también. Hay un gran parque arbolado a solo 3 cuadras de distancia. Piscina / parque acuático para el kide a menos de 1 milla de distancia. 1. 1 milla de restaurantes / bares / tiendas. 1. 3 millas a Civic Park con juegos infantiles para los niños o simplemente pasear por todos los canales tomando fotos de los yates de $ 20MIL +. Si te sientes aventurero y tienes unos calcetines de agua, puedes usar mi kayak en mi canal detrás de mi casa. Tengo cañas de pescar también bajo petición. Canal va a la derecha en el nuevo río / inter costero. Alquiler de embarcaciones locales cerca. Libros de cupones disponibles mientras duran. Frank Was the greatest Host. Told me some spots we could check out. House was very very clean and spacious. Was a good first time in FT. Lauderdale 10 out of 10 recommend

Frank is an excellent host and the property is amazing! Always available, responds quickly and handles any problem/questions that may arise in a very timely manner. Took full advantage of the full size arcade games, pool table, popcorn machine, grill and outside lounge area. Beautiful property that's nicely secluded. It's very easy to forget that there is a road beside the property. Very quiet area. Highly recommend and will certainly try to book again if in the area!

Spacious a.d relaxing

A perfect property for a comfortable, relaxing stay. There's plenty to do, or do nothing but watch the local wildlife (iguanas) basking on the canalside rocks.Directions to the property are clear and straightforward. Parking is easy.Would happily stay here again.

Fun stay

We had so much fun at this location. The house is conveniently located, and communication was great. The host was very responsive. Will definitely book again!

Good for what you pay

Stayed with a few friends and it was spacious. Provided kitchen ware and seems to be updated with the appliances. The couch turns into a bed and the beds were comfortable.

Good communication with the host, hassle free. Spacious clean accommodation. Really enjoyed the outside space on the canal, kayaking etc

Nice canal view

We had a nice stay. The house had plenty of room for our group of 3. The games and activities were fun. There is not a hot tub like the listing shows, but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Ft lauderdale trip

Frank was a great host. My family and I had an awesome time experiencing everything ft lauderdale has to offer. Franks place was clean and worked out perfectly for us. Will definitely be revisiting

Lots for kids to do.

We stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. Perfect to unwind and just relax. Plenty for the kids to do (ages 10 & 16). Wifi was great for me to even do some work before we headed home. Frank was a wonderful host and even checked in to see if anything was needed.

Beautiful property

It was a beautiful property. I told my husband I felt like we were in the rain forest. Just so green, big trees. The canal out back is nice. We had friends...several iguanas visit. Ty he inside shows like the pics. Very nice. Ty he host was very hands on. He checked in with us which normally doesn't ever happen on other vrbo stay. Overall A plus place

Pool table was great. Kayak was fun. Really only 1 bathroom. The bathroom in master bedroom is a small almost portable like toilet. Great communication and pretty good location. Outside furniture was totally unusable I believe due to the storm in the previous days. Ok for a 3 day stay.

Located in a nice area. Feels secluded although it is close to everything. The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the iguanas. The pool table was a lot of fun as well. The hot tub referenced is the bath tub in the larger bedroom. I should have read the details a bit closer as I didn't realize that. There are not double futons as listed. There is a couch that folds out to a bed for two. Thankfully there was a blow up mattress in the closet since there were eight of us. Six could stay here comfortably. 8 was definitely a challenge. Overall it was nice stay, just a bit crowded.

Great Getaway

Our family traveled to Fort Lauderdale for a judo tournament and extended our stay to spend a few days at the beach. Frank was a great host and his place was so much fun! He was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. My boys loved the pool table, arcade games and shuffleboard. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. We kept forgetting yo pick up popcorn so we weren’t able to use the popcorn machine.

Great house! Plenty of room and amenities.Frank was a great host.

I was a little taken back when I learned that the owner of the property lived upstairs, however Frank was a great host and gave us all the privacy expected. The property was clean and comfortable on the inside however the back deck area could use some cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

Ft. Lauderdale trip

Frank was a GREAT host. He texted a couple of days ahead to ask if we had any questions, he communicated about the check in process well, then checked in with us several times after check in. We were there over New Years with our young children. Frank kept in touch with us throughout New Year’s Eve to see when we would be back so he didn’t have music on too loud when we came home with our kids. He was over the top considerate! The house was exactly as pictured and a great location. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun times by the canal

The host was great and the property too! He was very helpful with any questions and/or concerns that I had. The location is tucked away so there isn’t a lot of noise and it was perfect for vacation.
