Guest Access:

You'll have your own private entrance and keyless entry to the studio. The shared courtyard is yours to enjoy - the pool, the Tiki Hut lounge and the garden seating are open to all guests on the property. One free designated parking space is available on-site. Luggage drop-off is allowed if you arrive before check-in or need to leave bags after check-out. Long-term stays are welcome.



The Neighborhood:

The studio sits in Riverside Park, a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just west of downtown Fort Lauderdale. It's a short hop to Las Olas Boulevard for restaurants, bars and boutique shopping, and to the New River waterfront where you can watch yachts and river traffic drift by. Downtown's Riverwalk, museums and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts are all close. Guests love walking the calm surrounding streets and the nearby canal. Fort Lauderdale Beach - miles of sand along the Atlantic - is an easy drive east. A Publix for groceries and neighborhood cafes are nearby for daily essentials.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around here, and free on-site parking makes that simple. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas are just minutes away, with the beach a short drive east. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is close by. Rideshare is readily available throughout the area if you'd rather not drive.
