es un hotel que esta mal hecho,las habitaciones no son insonoras, puedes oir todo lo que pasa en la habitacion junto a ti, y cuando cierran la puerta del otro cuarto, se retumba todo tu cuarto. el desayuno esta pesimo, mal servicio, la maquina de hot cakes nunca servia tampoco tiene cajas de seguridad en el cuarto.

I stayed almost 3 weeks. Let's be fair by mentioning the only good thing at this hotel: hot good breakfast; and the gentleman and lady who take care of the breakfast area, are both kind,nice, and do an excellent job, making sure everything is in order. What is not ok. Housekeeping is awfull; rooms are not cleaned, they don't even take the trash out. They don't have supervision to make sure things are done. Mostly rude staff. The hotel should retrain most of its staff on how to say good morning at least; specially a young at the front desk who doesn't even look at you when you talk to him. I would not go back to this hotel

Las habitaciones lucen muy viejas y hasta algo deterioradas, además no hacen el aseo o no cambian toallas si no se solicita. Además en el cartel se decía que hablan español e inglés y no fué asi, solo hablan inglés. El desayuno buffet fue lo mejor de la estadía

During the entire 5 night stay, the room was not cleaned. Towels were only changed one day and after asking three times. We had to beg for toilet paper to be supplied. We have not stayed in other opportunities, but this was a disaster !! Durante toda la estadía 5 noches, no limpiaron la habitación. Las toallas sólo las cambiaron un día y luego de pedirlas tres veces. Hubo que rogar porque suplieran papel higienico. No hemos hospedado en otras oportunidades, pero esta fue un desastre!!

No housekeeping due to CV19
Experiencia regular, el hotel un dia antes de nuestra llegada anuncia que debido al CV19 no haría housekeeping a la habitación (????), y que el desayuno sería igualmente algo diferente. No emtiendo como pueden ligar el evitar hacer limpieza de la habitacion con el CV19, a mi parecer un beneficio para el hotel y un mal servicio para los huespedes.
