Property was clean. Great location. Beach was like a 2 min walk. Pretty quiet at night even though its very close to bars/restaurants that stay open late. Only thing i disliked was the bed. It was hard and uncomfortable.

Location Location Location!!!

The room was especially well put together with some kitchenette items, full size fridge, and toiletries. The winner here is location. Located just behind the Hollywood Broadwalk which sits on the beach. I had beach front meals every day just minutes away.

Quick Beach Getaway

This spot was perfect for me and my little family! A block off the beach, it had all the essentials and extras that made our stay so comfortable. Really thought throw, traveling with carry-ons only— we had beach chairs to use, towels etc. really appreciated the thought!

We had a wonderful time. Great location, steps to the boardwalk and beach. The unit was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed of or week stay. We were able to make coffee, and had a toaster oven and microwave and full size referigerator which made it easy

Great Location

We stayed two nights at this location. It is a block from the water and near restaurants along the Broadwalk. A perfect location for walking over to the beach each day. The space is just fine. The refrigerator is quite large. There are plates, bowls and cups, a coffee maker, small microwave and toaster oven. There was no silverware at all - so be sure to grab some plastic ware if you want to eat in the room. The bathroom is updated and nice, but it has the only sink. Parking was easy and we had no problem identifying the correct place to park. I was concerned after reading the other reviews. The biggest issue is that the key code for the door does not work. We called and they tried setting a new code but it wouldn't work either. They finally gave us the code for the emergency key and we just used the key for access during our stay. Given how many reviews said thesis an issue, I was amused that the management company seemed shocked we were having trouble with using the code to open the door. There is a review that mentioned bed bugs so we did a thorough search before we brough our stuff in. The beds were completely clean of any signs of bugs and we had no issues with bugs of any kind. We would definitely stay here again for a short visit to the beach! Just know that you will likely have trouble getting in the door and plan for that delay.

Great location, horrible keypad.

The location is great- just steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Actually getting in the door was the problem. The key code didn't work. We called a representative and that person read me the directions that I had already followed. Ended up using a key from a lock box, which was far easier.

Great Location...

Great Location, and would be a five star if we hadn't lost hot water. Lock codes for the door were a challenge, that is it didn't work with the first code sent to me. No silverware, but had dishes/cups/etc..

Wouldn’t do it again . Took over a hr to get a code to get in room after many codes didn’t work and found bed bugs on one of beds we didnt use . They never told us where to park but had free parking so we parked in front of our room and got a 40 dollar ticket . After complaining they never responded to our concerns and was left helpless. Never will I go to this property again and Vrbo left a bad taste in my mouth after we even contacted them over this .

Very accesible to the beach. Just a minute walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Just make sure you get proper parking instructions and information, as we didn’t. So we got ticketed.. other than that.. Great location.. Amazing stay!

I stayed her 6 years ago and now again, however this time was horrible. The mattress on one of the beds is broken. I slept in a hole pretty much. My back is killing me. The bathroom slider barely closes, the beds aren't good at all. The last time I was there the AC broke I was 2 days without AC now my back is broken

Bed bugs

We realized there were bed bugs during our stay. We contacted the property manager 4 times before being told pest control would be out the next day. We were also provided the wrong code for check in which was quickly handled unlike the bed bug situation. We packed our bags immediately and went to a hotel after requesting our money for the remander of our trip be refunded, which has yet to happen. I hope they truly had pest control there before the next renters checked in as we ended our stay early here.

Positives: Comfortable beds, large refrigerator with ice maker, great access to beach, boardwalk, entertainment, and restaurants. Negatives: Limited bathroom privacy, no kitchen sink or counter space, difficulty opening electronic front door lock, only 1 1/2 rolls of TP provided for 3 days.

Great location, great time. Recommend for Hollywood, FL stay.

Property as description. No surprise. Make sure you find the parking space for the unit you rent. Parking on the street in front of the unit got us a $45 ticket. Owner should put a picture of the parking lot in the listing.
