Excellent condo

Central to everything. Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. Condo was very nice and clean. Had all the amenities needed for 2 people. Extremely nice view of the intracoastal. Would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.

Stay Away!

It was a trip that my teenage daughter and I had been looking forward to as it was the first volleyball tournament of the year. When we got to the property, I opened the door and she asked “what is that smell?” Within ten minutes, I came to the conclusion I made a colossal mistake in staying here. I wish I would have never booked this place. PRO: *The positive was the location as the unit is near restaurants and nightlife. That’s the only good thing. CONS: *Extremely dated - if you are into furniture, appliances, linens, and a bathroom from the 1970s, this unit is for you! *AC/Heating Unit Broken (When it was warm, the unit was at 75. When it was cold, it dipped to 67 and I had to sleep with a sweatshirt on) *No blankets for beds (imagine trying to sleep when it was cold). We requested blankets and only one was provided *Pull out bed in the living area (which is the second bed supposed to sleep two) had a very flat mattress, was curve shaped and had a series of bars that you felt while sleeping *Bathroom was dirty, the “stopper” was broken in the sink and the tub had a massive yellow stain *Everpest plug-ins located in the unit to keep bugs and rodents away *Blinds don’t close all the way making it nice and bright in the second “room” with a bed *TV is SD not HD *Property Management was initially willing to offer a credit or discount but was unresponsive when I attempted to finalize the amount I would strongly suggest removing this property from being rented. It will ruin your vacation.

Convenient getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The rental was clean, and comfortable. We only wish we’d had a unit with a balcony to enjoy the perfect weather. Easy walk to the beach, and nearby restaurants, and minutes from a grocery store.

Great place. Close to the beach. Very chill.

We love the property for it's location and very chill vibe.if your looking for a place to party and raise hell this is not the place for you. The whole place is very clean and great location to everything. Beach water taxi. Downtown. It's all right there.

Wouldn’t stay in that unit again.

The unit was very outdated, the furniture needs replaced and the bathroom redone. Now I know why you didn’t show the bedroom or bathroom. They need help and a bigger bed. Also the last night someone was trying to get in our door. Could have been a lost person but I think another lock needs to be put on the door. I loved the pool and chairs on the waterway and walking distance to beach but $60 to rent chairs and umbrella for 1 day is a little ridiculous.

Just Book This Place

If you're reading these reviews to help decide as I did. They all ✔ out. The Location is perfect, yeah its not beachfront, but its a couple minute walk to the beach and the views from this place are better anyway. The pool and dock out back are 🔥💯🔥. If you arent using the kitchen, any type of resturant you're looking for is within a few minute walk. You don't need to rent a car if you're staying here either, Uber prices from airport or going up to Pompano Beach very reasonable. Access to the Water Taxi is also block or 2 up the street as well. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Winter get a way

The whole process went very smoothly. The condo was everything we expected and more. I needed to contact the owner who responeded right away with accurate informantion. Would highly reccommend this owner to anyone, thank you.

This place was great!

The views are amazing watching all of the huge yachts pass by! The property was nice and quiet, plus communication with the property manager was excellent. We will definitely return to this place next time.

Get away

This property is conveniently located off the strip. We were in walking distance of the beach while being located in a quiet, peaceful area. We appreciated the “little things that mean a lot” details such as coffee filters, shampoo, and beach towels. Jasmin was wonderful! When we had an issue with a TV she responded immediately and the problem was resolved right away. The view, from the deck, was stunning. We enjoyed relaxing and watching the water action. This was a very clean, well maintained property. We would stay here again.

Location!

We had a lovely stay here for the boat show. The location was so convenient for everything we wanted to do. The property it’s self was clean and had most amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
