Nice place to stay

My husband and I had a great time. Property was clean and close to the beach. There is pool in the complex plus you can lounge by the canal enjoying the view. The apartment itself is comfortable and offers plenty of space for two people. Maybe a little outdated and it lacks the balcony which in description I believed it has, but overall nice and quiet place. I would be happy to stay there again

Great Location

The space was perfect for two people. We didn't cook but it looked like everything was there to do so. The back dock and pool area were great for relaxing. It is about a5 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. Also walking distance to the boat show. pool

Great place

Great place. Perfect for my wife and I. Location can’t be beat. Nice and quiet, secure and clean. Pool area and dock on the intracoastal was a beautiful spot for drinks. We’ll be back for sure.

Location, location, location!!

A short walk to the beach, and right on the Intracoastal. Easy walk to restaurants, and short drive to many fun places. Loved the digital keypad - no need to worry about carrying, losing or forgetting a room key! Listing pictures were out of date, as foliage had grown to block view from bedroom. Would have loved a reading lamp by the bed. Nice place to sit outside and watch the world go by!

Great Location

Well taken care of, very clean, very responsive, beautiful pool and outdoor area. Watch the water activity on the inter coastal, great chairs to lay out on and Very quiet. Close to the beach maybe 3 blocks. Close to the strip and restaurants. Overall “A Great Find” Thanks for a great few days👏👏👏 Also close to the Water Taxi 😃

Great apartment!

Fantastic apartment with everything you need. One block from the beach and situated on the water front but no view of this from the apartment but this was not a problem. As a woman travelling on her own I would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Great location near all the fun of Fort Lauderdale beach but lovely and quiet in the evenings. Beautiful dock area to watch the boats and relax at night. Highly recommend this rental.

Home away from Home

Property was very well appointed. You were supplied with everything from had soaps, shampoos, to great internet, great TV. Closet, cabinet space was outstanding. Only suggestion I would have to the owner is to substitute a toaster oven for the toaster. Heating up the oven for small items seemed Unnecessary.

Great location, good stay, with one significant issue

The location of the property is great, a block from the beach and right on the intercoastal waterway with a dock and pool area out back. The property was as pictured and clean, and the check-in and check-out process was very well communicated and documented. The only issue we had with our stay was that while staying there the management team failed to let us know that there was pest control scheduled to come (through the entire complex apparently) and while I was there, they apparently knocked and I didn't hear them and they (3 men) opened the unit and start trying to walk in !! That was shocking, both (1) the action that they came in and (2) that someone else had the door code and could come into the unit at any time without me know and if I wasn't there they apparently would have). I don't know how my wife would have reacted if it was just here there alone. I communicated with the property management regarding this and they said they forgot to text me about it the day before; which while it can be accurate, isn't acceptable to me. It wasn't like they forgot to tell me they would test a fire alarm or something, this was someone entering my unit where we were staying and also keeping our valuables out (computer on the table, etc.)
