The setting is divinely peaceful in the craziness of Fort Lauderdale. Apartment is spacious, clean and outfitted with all you need. Loved having coffee on the balcony and wine there at night.

Highly recommend this property. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and the new outdoor food court. Beautiful water views. Very well maintained, comfortable beds, everything we needed to feel at home!

The condo was clean and very well maintained. Everything I needed was provided, and the host answered all questions asked and was very welcoming. His directions were straight forward and easy to follow.The biggest pluses for me were that the mattresses were VERY comfortable, and the rooms were quiet at night. Being that I was there for a trade show and was coming back exhausted at the end of each day, having a quiet, inviting room with a huge bonus. The view from the unit was beautiful, and I loved opening up the door from my room and listening to the birds and breeze as I did paperwork each morning. Since I was there for work and not play, I did not have a chance to partake in the outdoor amenities, but I hope I can next time as I plan to rent the unit again for next year's show and stay a added day or two to enjoy the area.The condo is only a short drive to the Broward Convention Center and is also only a short drive to Las Olas Blvd and its fabulous restaurants and shops.

A lovely property in a great location! We really enjoyed that the property itself was more quiet and serene, but within a 2 block walk you can be on the main strip of Lauderdale Beach for shopping, dining, and fun!The host was very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again if at all possible!

Convenient location

This was a great get away place for our family. The accommodations were just as pictured and expected, if not better: clean, comfortable, and nicely accommodated. The location was perfect for short walks to the ocean/beach, fine restaurants, and casual dining, so no worries about finding parking. Each evening and morning we enjoyed watching the yachts and boats go by. Wish we had longer here!

Great two weeks in Ft. Lauderdale

We had a wonderful time in Ft.Lauderdale. The condo suited our needs perfectly. Great location, beautiful views from the porch, spacious and nicely decorated. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants and quick drive to Las Olas, the airport and other nearby attractions. The managing was very responsive and helpful to any concerns we had. Would recommend to anyone looking for a condo rental in Ft. Lauderdale.

Great stay, great location

I stayed here for 6 days with my 2 adult daughters and it was exactly what we wanted. It was centrally located, one block from Fort Lauderdale Beach with beaches, restaurants and bars all within a short walk. The condo had more than enough space for the 3 of us and everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was a squeeze for more than one person but it had all the items we needed for our stay. We spent a ton of time relaxing on the balcony which faces south and is on the intercoastal waterway with boats / yachts passing by all the time. The property grounds are very well maintained and all the pool chairs and lounges were sprayed off by staff every morning so it was easy to sit poolside/dockside when we wanted to leave the condo but not go to the beach. Loved our stay. Thanks!

Property was great. Exactly as listed awesome location has everything you need available. Great location easy access to everything. Awesome water views of the intercostal and amazing sunsets from the balcony. Highly recommend this property, and we cannot wait to come back again!!

Lovely Location and Host Responsiveness

The place was perfect for our family of 4 and the location was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool chairs that overlooked the water. We had an issue with the power going out in one area of our unit but the host was very responsive and quickly came to our unit to fix the issue.

Too many hassels

As a guest you will need to jump through hoops to stay here. Aside from vrbo and Jeff Walker Vacations, there is another group called guesty in the middle. We were given the wrong door code, called guesty and got the right code. Also gave us the wrong wi-fi.- so no wifi during our stay.

We were visiting for a graduation

We were very happy with our stay. Jeffrey was in constant contact when needed. Two issues: be aware there is only 1 guest parking spot for the entire complex. If you are expecting a guest, forget about parking. During our week, one person stayed in the guest parking spot the whole time, day and night. The other, I would have liked more than one wash cloth per person. Other than that our stay was peaceful, convenient and pleasant.

Beautiful and comfortable

The place is excellent. The view of the river from all the rooms is spectacular. A very well decorated, comfortable and very clean place. The pool overlooking the river is also an important plus. It is one street away from the beach and very close to bars and restaurants. I would definitely come back to this place!
