When you book The Island casita, you can park your car for the duration of your stay. Walk to the beach and Intercostal waterways, local shops, and grocery spots; carry out or dine in at the multiple restaurants in Deerfield Beach. Just park your car, and enjoy.

The front bedroom is a King suite, designed for comfort and relaxing. This room enjoys a northern and eastern view of the neighborhood and is the largest room in the house. The back bedroom features a king size bed with a twin loft designed for kids of all ages and sizes. The front (entry) room is the perfect spot for working remotely, as the bright windows and beach breeze will keep you relaxed as you churn out those emails and stay productive while wearing your bathing suit. The large living room provides plenty of space for everyone to hang out, with a huge couch and TV that is ready to stream your favorite shows and movies.

The TV’s are Roku TV’s and you can log in to your favorite streaming platforms to pick up where you left off. We also provide Alexa’s in the Echo Show 8, that allows you to stream almost any song from Amazon Music. You can also use Alexa to find out more about the Island, or the local area. The Echo is also quite good at giving weather forecasts to plan your beach days.

The Island amenities include, a relaxing hot tub to unwind and recharge. A cozy
clubhouse where you can use laundry service, exercise equipment, enjoy board
games, an ice machine to keep your beverages fresh or fill the cooler for a day at the beach, and work stations for your convenience. Additionally, we have a
selection of beach items for your enjoyment, located by the beach Box on the west side as you exit the garden.

The garden is full of seasonal edible fruits, herbs and veggies growing for your consumption while at The Island. Feel free to harvest Avocados, Mangos, Papayas, Bananas, pineapples and other delicious natural treats during your stay. As you walk the property, keep an eye out for all types of herbs
that can be added to your dinner; freshly picked by you for a touch of culinary
magic! please only harvest what you will consume so that others can enjoy as well.

We sometimes have activities, classes and/or workshops taking place in the back graden area. Our guests are welcome to participate if space is available at a discount entry fee. Check our calendar of events for more info.

Our space proudly showcases the talent of our local artists and artisans’ Look
for the “local artist label” or QR code. All art and crafted items are available for
purchased during your stay or on our website. These will serve as souvenirs, and beautiful reminders of your time with us. They also make for beautiful and unique gift ideas.

The Island Casita is the largest of 5 units on this property. The Island is an oasis, surrounded by thriving fruit trees, and lush vegetation, just 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the intercostal waterways. Deerfield Beach is a hidden gem and perhaps the best beach on the entire East Coast.

When you book the Casita at The Island you'll have exclusive and private access to the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. You will also have 24/7 access to the Club House located just outside the casita's kitchen back door where you'll find modern front loader washer and dryer, a brand new Norditrack treadmill, two work stations with printer, a commercial Ice maker to keep your drinks cool and fill up the cooler for a day at the beach, a sitting area with a table to play the many board games available in the Club House book shelves. Our Casita guests will also have full access to the outdoor garden and all amenities at The Island, the outdoor full bathroom, plus a second outdoor shower, relaxing hot tub, a launch area that looks like it came from a Bali retreat. Plenty of sitting areas, a grill and a fire pit.

The beach box on your way out from the garden is where you will find all the items needed for a relaxing day at the beach, umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, coolers and carts to make the two block walk a breeze.
No parties or events allowed.

Please respect the noise curfew and agreements posted thought the different areas of the resort.
Please turn the AC to 76 when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times. 
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave. Receptacles are located in the front of the property just west of the RV parking.
Only beach towels are allowed to leave the property and they must be returned to the villas or there will be charge to replace it. The same applies to games in the club house and/or beach essentials in the beach box.
Be mindful of other guests and help us keep The Island garden clean.
Remember to turn the gas tank to off position after using the grill or the gas fire pit.
