My family and i stayed here for a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean and spacious. This property has everything and then more. The outside pool area was where we spent most of our time but tje family tv room and pool table was a very nice bonus ss well. Check in and check out was super easy and the owners were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

The home was very well located. We loved that the home was spaced out well so we all were able to have our own space. My kids practically lived in the pool the whole time. Outside area was very nice! Definitely recommend!

Great Stay

We loved staying here!!! There were 9 of us total. Only a few complaints. The front bed room that has two beds stayed very warm even at night time. We know it’s hard to cool homes with this heat but it seems that was the only room that struggled to keep up. Also, the bedding in the room with the three beds were uncomfortable and didn’t feel sturdy. Our friends that stayed in that room didn’t love the mattress. Other than that everything was great! The game room was amazing! The pool was awesome!!! Loved that there is a washer and dryer and an office!!! The master beds were great, however you must be very carful in the black tile bathroom, our friends almost feel a few times due to it being so slick! Plenty of kitchen items to use as well!

Great host and beautiful house!

Gary was excellent about communicating and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was in great shape with nice sized living room, an excellent game room, and fantastic outdoor turf area around the pool. Everything was clean and there was plenty of things to do in the house, as well as it being in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Perfect family get away

The house is perfect for an active family. Lots to do both inside and out. The online description and photos were accurate. The house also had a lot of accessories for the beach which was a huge plus. And the big beach towels were so nice have. (Hollywood beach is one of our favorite beaches.) All questions and issues we had were addressed promptly. It truly was a home away from home.

Keep your expectations low. No, lower.

Pros: Lots of space for plenty of people. The beds we used were comfortable. Pool was clean.Kuerig.Cons. Everything was janky.Cockroach traps with a visible cockroach in one. Several maintenance issues in this home. Not the least of which is the bathroom off the bedroom nearest the dining room. The cracked grout and caulking, the rusty light fixture, the fan that is very dirty and clumped with lint, and the trim around the doorway which appears to have been repaired with wall plaster (?) also missing furniture handle, broken blind, and headboard not attached to bed. The wicker outdoor chairs have several bent and broken legs, which was a fall risk for my elderly dad.The code for the gate to the back alley to take out the garbage did not work so we couldn’t take out the garbage. We attempted to contact them several times and never heard back. Keep your expectations very low and it will be tolerable.

Great stay

Very nice home a little dated but clean and lots of entertainment including swim pool, pool table ping pong…easy check in process. The home is a little out of the way if you don’t have a vehicle. Gary was great to communicate with. Was a little disappointed with having to put out the garbage, take linens out of bed thoroughly go through tidying the home as we had paid the cleaning fee at booking.

Great home and location , perfect for family with small children . The property was equipped with 2 pack and plays , high chair and several strollers. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals and the game room was a plus. Beach is about a 20 min drive , supermarket and restaurants in less than 5 min drive.Nice pool as well as fenced I. Play area for little ones.Communication with host was easy and quick You won’t be disappointed

Great place to stay with family.

This was a lovely property for our family of ten with four small children. Amenities were great and just as described. Children enjoyed the pool, games and entertainment systems. We had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Girls trip

Great place to stay when gathering with a family trip. Plenty of space to hang out and only 20 minutes from the beach. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Would definitely book this house again if we're in the area.
