Amazing stay

This property was absolutely perfect for large groups. We had our family and their friends 12 total all stay for an extended weekend. The property is amazing. There is volleyball, beautiful pool, hot tub, large accommodative table with a grill. There are many natural large fruit trees on the property to admire. The houses were all clean and the beds were super comfortable. Overall stay I would give 10/10. I look forward to rebooking as soon as I find out the dates I need!! Will definitely tell everyone I know about this property.

A Perfect Stay for a Big Family Getaway!

This was our first time booking a place for 15 people, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot than the Decadent Compound! With two large families, we wanted to stay close without feeling crammed into one house or split up across hotel rooms. The layout of this property was absolutely perfect.The compound sits on about an acre of fully fenced-in land with a pool and hot tub right in the center, surrounded by five separate homes. It gave us the ideal mix of togetherness and privacy. The girls stayed in the largest house, which had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms—plenty of space for them to spread out. Each set of parents had their own cozy one-bedroom, and the boys took over the two-bedroom. We even kept one home empty just to host breakfast together—it worked out beautifully.We spent our days swimming, barbecuing, playing volleyball, paddle ball, and billiards—all without ever leaving the property! The location in Hollywood Park was great too—not far from the beach and with a nice park right across the street (though we never needed it because the compound had everything).It truly felt like our own private resort. We made amazing memories here and would 100% book again!

Great location and Great Price!

We rented this compound for my mom's 60th birthday celebration and it was perfect! We had a group of 15 so this was the perfect size! The pool is much larger than most VRBO's we have ever stayed at which was great since we had so many people to accommodate. The property managers were responsive and also helped us book a yacht cruise during our stay, which was AMAZING! Each house was fully stocked with everything you needed. I don't believe any of the ice makers worked in any of the houses however each freezer was fully stocked with bags of ice. The house was at the end of a street so it felt private and secluded. It is also across the street from a park which would be great for groups with kids. We used Uber every day to go to various places such as the beach, local casinos, etc. and each Uber was only about 10-15 minutes depending on red lights.10/10 would recommend for large groups looking for a steal of a price!

Quick trip to Ft. Lauderdale

Overall we had a great stay the property grounds are amazing the size was unexpected even with the pictures. Buildings are pretty much as described some single villas smelled a bit old but likely due to not having the AC running to circulate fresh air and sinks were slow draining in main and secondary house but these are minor issues and we never contacted the owner to resolve because they were minor and we were on the go for the weekend. Definitely a great location for a guys trip or a family get together. The pool and sitting area are ideal. We will definitely consider renting again if we are visit the area again.

F1 Race weekend

The compound is as advertised. Centrally located from Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and Hard Rock Arena. We had 8 friends there for 4 days. Great outdoor area with salt water pool and jacuzzi. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This is not high end living, it's comfortable living for a large group of people. Can easily accommodate 16 people that are ok with sharing a king bed.

Incredible Stay At This Beautiful Spacious Compound

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful compound. Fully fenced with digital gated access. Check-in process was extremely easy and communication with owner/management was very easy as well. The 5 separate homes on property were clean, comfortable, and very nice. The grounds were very spacious as well, offering a volleyball court, massive pool and hot tub, and even the tetherball area made for some competitive fun. For a large group of guys, this rental couldn’t have been a better setup. The proximity to everything was decent as well. Pretty simple drive and/or Uber/Lyft to anywhere you want to go. Owner/Management offered a ton of recommended restaurants, entertainment, activities, and more. They were also quick to respond to any questions that I had. Definitely recommend for any large groups that need this kind of space.

Great Location!!

The compound was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group of 14 guys for a bachelor party/golf trip. Location was ideal for golf courses, restaurants, and casino. The highlight of the trip was renting the yacht from Bram, he made it easy and our captain was amazing. We booked from 4-8 but were running late due to traffic and he still allowed us to have it from 5-9. Definitely recommend!

A Decadent Vacation!

This property was great for our group of friends. Everyone had their own place to retreat to at night. Had a great time spending an afternoon in the pool and enjoying the great weather. The hot tub did not get hot but when I asked about it, the pool guy was there within the hour and came back the next day to try and get it working. Communication with the host was very easy and he was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

The First Night was a Bust

This rental property is beautiful and perfect for friends and family to stay in one location. However, I did have issues the first night. Maybe 2 weeks before my stay I reviewed for a second time the reviews and noted one of the reviews stated the place could've been cleaner. I contacted the owner via email and requested that he make certain the place is clean. However, the main house was not clean and we did not realize it until after 11 pm the day of check-in. We had plans and did not have time to check everything before our event. Upon returning from our event there was bowel movement on the toilet, and the comforter was dirty (looked like blood stains). The confirmation that included the access code did not include a contact # so I had to contact VRBO and was on the phone with them until 2 a.m. I felt uncomfortable and I slept outside. The Housekeeper did come out the next day and cleaned the room. But, the nastiness was unacceptable. I am not saying not to rent this property, but please make certain you check out everything thoroughly upon check-in and make certain there's a contact # for the owner or housekeeping. I felt like I was due either compensation or a weekend redo, but VRBO was no help in making me feel whole. Some kind of compromise as this was unacceptable. This was traumatizing. It made me feel as if maybe nothing might have been cleaned at all after the last guests. Pictures were submitted to VRBO. Late response didn't want to write upset

Great Stay But Not Perfect

Group: 7 guys, 40+ for our annual golf trip Pros: fantastic place; each house w/ updated kitchen and baths, plenty of space, beautiful pool at the center and a pool table; owner extremely responsive and fixed some things when went wrong Cons: if you want to bbq, be prepared to have to refill the propane tank, they don't do it; they could've done a better job cleaning prior to us arriving, there was a dead gecko in one of the fridges, the coffee pot in the main house was still dirty from prev tenants incl coffe grime in the back of it, a door was broken, things are loose, no hot water in the main house kitchen sink... a few little things which happens with rentals, but for this price point?? Oh, and the pool was green when we got there, but they sent out a pool guy right away which was nice of them.. just shocked the pool like crazy and was hazy w/ crazy strong chlorine smell like burning the eyes strong the rest of the weekend Overall, great stay though. But again, at this price point, maybe my expectations were a little higher, who knows. The owner was very responsive though and apologetic about the pool and went above and beyond to help when things happen so I respect it. Thank you Bram and Maria!

40th birthday

The villa is beautiful however it is located in a residential area. The police were called out on us the first night (Thursday) for loud music but all we had was a small boombox. We arrived a day after a storm therefore we couldn’t use the pool the first day. The did send someone to clean it but they couldn’t come out until Friday. Housekeeping could’ve been a little better. Some of the units had food left in the fridge and some of the units floors were half swept. But other than those things the stay was nice. I’m sure I would book again.

Thank you Bram Portnoy for sharing this lovely property with us! This property has been an absolute amazing for my small vacation and Bram was very clear about communicating the rules with me and the Property was the best way for me to enjoyed the birthday vacation ( Se la Vie) .I will definitely rebook this property again and it’s just the perfect house in the City of Hollywood . We had scheduled Publix to delivery . The property with very relaxing and its easy us a quick tour the place. But relax by the amazing pool. swimming, and enjoying the lifestyle. We did end up venturing out to a local restaurant was fantastic. I will definitely, rebook the house and I’m coming this yet. Thank you again for this fabulous home… I was 100000 % Satisfied .
