By reserving the house, you have exclusive access to the entire house. So, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, without forgetting the `Florida room` with its new windows that give a wonderful vue on the outside courtyard.

Covid19 update:
In order to protect your health, the following rules are being applied in our short term rental properties during the Covid19 pandemic situation:
1) Adequate time (2 days) is maintained between the conclusion of a guest stay and the check-in of the next guest stay for appropriate cleaning and sanitation.
2) All frequently-touched surfaces (door handles, light switches, kitchen counters, microwave, fridge and cabinet handles, all bathroom toilets, sinks and faucets) in the property are Cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay.
3) All linens and dishware is washed between each guest rental.
4) Soap and surface sanitation supplies is provided for our guests to utilize during the first 2 days of their rental period. Guests should buy soap and cleaning supplies for the rest of their stay.
5) We ask all of our guests to take steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including the wiping and sanitation of touched surfaces.
6) Please follow the recommendations from CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention):
-Practice Social Distancing (stay 6 feet or 2 meters from other people).
-Wear a cloth face covering (be sure it covers your nose and mouth).
7) No gathering of more than 10 people is allowed at any time during the stay. If gathering occurs, the owner will terminate immediately the contract and no refund will be offer for the unused nights.
