The advertisement on the Vrbo site is a 10 out of 10. I do not know how this can possibly be a 10 out of 10.First, the website advertises TVs at this property. We stayed at this property last year. I had cable television available. At this price point we would expect continued cable-television. When we arrived, we had no cable television. I notified the host regarding this issue. Their response was that we could only get streaming services. After several days of no resolution, I made a complaint with the Vrbo website. They reached out to the host and a person was supposed to come by and check on the situation. The person who was supposed to come by never showed at the designated time. He gave me. I called him and said he was running behind and couldn’t make it. Unannounced he showed up the next day. He connected the cable box to the TV. At this point, it was eight days of no TV service. Vrbo agreed to a credit of 500.00 to my account. I have yet to see that credit to my account. The house needs a thorough cleaning. The counters had to be disinfected and wiped down in the kitchen. The range hood had caked dust and grease. There continues to be an odor coming from the plumbing system. The beds in the main suite were extremely soft. Unacceptable for sleeping.I’m expecting Vrbo to keep their word on the credit given to my account.
