The house was great! Well equipped, clean, and exactly as pictured. The host was available as needed. It is close to the beach, restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. There were ten of us and it worked well. It has an alarm on all doors ( except the front) that goes off for pool safety. We did get instructions on how to keep it from alarming each time we used the door to the backyard but could not get it to work on the way back into the house. It was somewhat inconvenient but we used the front door or had someone disarm it from inside. We arrived on Thanksgiving and asked for early check-in. There was not a lot of give with that. We would have had to pay for an extra night at a discounted price of 600 to check- in at noon. We own rental properties and go the extra mile to accommodate our guests requests without costly fees.
