Not pleasant from day one . We booked for 8 days ,specifically inquired that the pool be clean and ready. Of course it was NOT it was very green . Pool guy was sent on day 2 and he shocked gave it a quick clean . Advised we not use for 24 hr. Next day green and strong smell of chlorine . Pool guy came back-a couple days later shocked it and told us not to use till later in day, had to fill pool as it was below the filter level. Woke to a pool finally ready to use … used 21/2 days out of 7 . last day I received a text - the pool guy will be there between 10-2 , I asked if they could change to earlier as we would like to use on our last day . Told he would be there by 9 got there at 10:30 .. cleaned and chlorinated and he said we could use in a couple hrs. Yeah!! Then a second text came saying a pool maintenance service was coming to do a pool check as we were told earlier there was a leak. Needless to say 2 nd service came worked for 2 hrs and left saying could use but not to touch a large bucket he left on steps into the pool. Now we realized he was following the owners instructions. Pool was only available 31/2 days out of 8 days ,went 3 days without air conditioning ,wasted two of our days waiting alll day, dishes filthy - took pics , carpet stained in several spots and mice droppings in drawers. Asked if tenant on property they said No, Came home to car in driveway - tenant stays in unit attached to house. Was told a refund for cleaning fee - No refund received now

clean and comfortable

It was comfortable, clean. We just have a litlle convenient with smell but the owner response very good and send some one to try to put in more confort but its a really good place with a great location. And i do recommend.

Beware- occupant living on property

The son of the owner lives in the front of the home. We were not aware of this. Additionally, we had a major leak in the dining room and NO ONE came out to check. Communication with VRBO reps is awful. Still waiting on a refund. I would not recommend this home unless you done mind sharing it with a stranger….

Disappointed

The house itself was fine but had issues from the minute we arrived. There was a car parked in the driveway and were told from the rental company that is was the owners relative who lived in the neighborhood and just parked there. After a day we realized that this person was actually living in the house. Had his own entrance and his room shared a wall with the living room. That was absolutely not disclosed in the listing. Also woke up the first day to no a/c. Reached out immediately and took an entire day to get it fixed. Then the same thing happened the next day. Reached out to the rental company, Vacasa, about a resolution and they have been unresponsive.

Not as it appears - wonderful marriage memories

First, our experience started rocky. We were driving to this destination, and I recalled I had not received the check in details. My wife sent a message to the vendor, and as we were awaiting to hear back, I noticed I had a missed call. The call was from the vendor. It seems somehow the requirement for age verification was missed, once this was done the check in details was sent. Arriving at the residence and entering, something was off. As we always, we walked the house prior to placing our bags. The house had not been cleaned and water on the dining area floor. This being our anniversary trip, and me planning for my wife, i felt my emotions really start to rise. But being in corporate customer service as well, it kept me balanced some. I must be honest in that was not until I prayed and was reminded that this is still a day that God has given, things turned. I contacted vendor via the numbers I had, they were apologetic and assured me that this would be addressed quickly. Now, we arrived on a Sunday, and it was already 1700hrs or so, I didn't think we would get anyone out but was hopeful. Things got taken of Monday and off we were on our anniversary. I am thankful for the lesson I was once again reminded of it is not as it appears and remember that God is still in control! I share all this because life has taught me that how things start is not how they must end. We had a wonderful trip, and the residence was very enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

Very Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely retreat. The home is older and in a beautifully landscaped area that the critters enjoyed. We had to catch some frogs dead and alive in the pool. I suggest you pack extra triple A batteries for the Firestick remotes(just in case)…that’s the only way you watch tv.

The property was located in a great location, I walked the neighborhood in the morning and felt very safe. Restaurants, beaches and activities all close by car or Uber. We would stay here again.

Sad to say my family and I were disappointed!

We rented this house from Dec 24, 2022 until Jan 2,2023. When we arrived the pool was alittle green and dirty so we waited to see if anyone was going to show up that day. No one showed up we called them to come clean the pool because it was only getting worse. The pool filter was off and i called them everyday 2 to 3 times a day and it took them 7 days to show up and “clean” the pool. We went 7 days with no pool available to use. When the pool guy showed up he threw 3 liquids in the pool and thought it was going to clean itself and left. He didn’t turn on the vacuum in the pool or the suction or even cleaned it. And I have proof of everything and all messages and pictures from myself to the property manager and the company Vacasa. We could of rented another home that was ALOT cheaper with no pool but we wanted a pool and had to deal with this headache. After the pool guy came and did a horrible job I spoke to the manager and they had to send out a private pool service company because of how bad the pool was. After they came and finally cleaned the pool we only had 1 day to enjoy the clean pool. We also didn’t have access to the shed with all the pool floaty it was locked with a bunch of pool toys and floats inside. The pool heater wasn’t working either. The kitchen was infested with ants and we caught a few roaches around the house and I have pictures of all of this that I’m saying on here! I work as a professional house cleaner and I can’t complain about the cleanliness of the home but we were very disappointed with everything else we had to deal with. And the lack of communication was terrible. They would say someone is coming now to clean and it would take days and days. Very disappointed waited the whole year for this family vacation and left so disappointed with a headache. When we left to come back home we left all towels washed and cleaned, we cleaned the whole house and left the cleaners cash tips on the countertop but I would not rent this place again!

Father daughter time was priceless!

Great property, everything was as advertised. In great condition and clean. Heated pool was awesome! First time at this address and it is now on my radar for future use.
