Location was ideal being steps from the beach and walking distance to market and restaurants. Having beach chairs and small cooler was an added bonus. It was clean and cozy. Perfect for our winter get away.

It was clean. He was easy to communicate with. Convenient, on the boardwalk. Slightly difficult to find for Uber and doordash...(but not his fault). Overall, nice stay!

Amazing location—close to everything we needed. The space was very clean with no smells, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The owner was incredibly communicative and made check-in and the overall stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing spot. Our VRBO host was very responsive and made some great recommendations. Great room. Hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, very clean. This area at Hollywood beach is great. You really don’t need a vehicle. Beach was a one minute walk. A bunch of bars, restaurants and shops within a ten minute walk. Great spot. We can’t wait to go back.

It doesn't really get much better

We had 2 nights here after arriving from New Zealand in mid April. Not having many reviews made me a bit nervous, but the pics and video I found helped very much. Proximity to the beach and broadwalk is fantastic...it's literally across the parking area and you're on the sand. A ten minute walk South and you're in the middle of all the action. Great for walking, running or beach fun. The interior is clean as a whistle and has everything you could possibly need for a great stay as a couple or a family with a couple of kids (although as barefoot kiwis who don't wear shoes indoors, our feet got quite black from the floor).We had a couple of minor issues, but the host was on the ball and very easy to contact...despite us being there over Easter weekend, so we had absolutely no complaints.Parking at the front door properly seals the deal. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment.The only thing we would bear in mind is that the water takes a while to get hot in the shower from cold, so if you're rushing to go out for a dinner booking at a set time, turn the shower on while you're picking your wardrobe.If you're planning on going to Miami, but don't want to stay in party central...and if this little gem is available, grab it with both hands.

Awesome place and location

The condo was perfect! They have everything you need. There were plenty of towels and beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need including coffee for the K-cup. We really enjoyed the patio in the front. The beach was very close. Also there is a very nice pool to enjoy after a day at the beach. Parking for the condo was very convenient. Owner/property manager was very easy to get a hold of and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place to everyone and we are looking forward to coming baked again! Thanks for a great time!

Christmas Getaway

Nice place on north end of broadwalk. Easy walk to beach and Latitudes Restaurant. Numerous other restaurants within a mile walk. Really nice stay for the Holidays. Owner is very helpful with any needs.

Great place, location and owner

i was a little nervous to stay here because there were only 2 reviews but since they were both 5 star, i decided to go for it and i was not disappointed. The unit is recently renovated and well appointed, the owner really thought about everything you might need for your stay-those extras that take this rental to the top level. Beach chairs, towel and a cooler, plenty of regular towels in all sizes, a well stocked kitchen (all the way to aluminum foil and saran wrap), an iron and ironing board-I couldn’t think of anything not included. The furnishings are lovely as well. The owner is also very nice and super responsive, making sure everything from check in to check out runs smoothly. There is also a free parking spot in front of the unit which is a great bonus, otherwise you would be in a paid lot. It is actually 70 steps to the Broadwalk (we counted just for fun!)

We had a wonderful stay and the location can't be beat. The property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We loved having the beach and boardwalk so close. The owner was very responsive and great to work with.

Charming Beach Condo

This beautifully renovated beach condo superseded our expectations. The spectacular location, just steps form the beach, allowed us to enjoy the sunrise each morning, take short strolls for a bite to eat, and enjoy some of the night life Hollywood beach has to offer. I loved that it was stocked with beach chairs and towels for ease as well as great board games for the kids to enjoy. If you're looking for a fun and peaceful getaway, I highly recommend The sandy Rose, you won't be disappointed!
