I would highly recommend this place! The owners are super helpful and responsive. The property is great! Accommodations are terrific! Kitchen is perfect. The pool area is terrific. It had everything we needed. We are coming back!

We loved our stay! We went for a bachelorette and it was so nice having our own place to relax. There are beach chairs and a beach buggy to use making our beach excursions so easy. Then we got to wind down in the pool at night and be in our own space.

Brian and Ali were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and addressed all of our questions. The home is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The neighborhood is beautiful. Close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants and Lauderdale By the Sea is a great little town. We would recommend this home to everyone. It has all you need. Thank you, Brian and Ali, for helping us to have a wonderful family vacation.

We booked this property for my relaxing bachelorette party. It was absolutely stunning! Definitely the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The hosts were insanely accommodating and checked in with us during the stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the property! We loved watching all the wildlife! Only thing I would recommend is bringing bug spray!

Such a CLEAN house. Close to everything! Easy and quick walk to the beach. Amazing pool! Bring bug spray as it’s Florida and mosquitoes love it the weather! Had two very minor issues the hosts resolved by the next morning. My single complaint is the house temperature was warm and the hosts in the rule book asked that you don’t touch the thermostat. The larger room (not the primary) was much warmer than the rest of the house so the other couple we were with chose to stay in the room with the smaller beds. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

What a wonderful week for our family, ranging from the ages of 2 to 61! The location was fabulous for great restaurants, beaches, and water taxi. The pool was absolutely wonderful for the warm Fort Lauderdale weather. We found an Uber driver that took us to and from our destinations that were not walkable with a simple text that made for a smooth experience. Perfect week! Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

This was our second visit to Casa Cocconut. Such a beautiful home in quiet gated community. Brian and Ali are great hosts easy to contact. House really well stocked with everything you require for a lovely stay. Excellent pool and patio area. Beach a 5 min walk away and grocery store 2 min drive. Highly recommend!!
