I booked without realizing it was a third party property within the Hotel.
You book, they take your money and information but require you to text them additional information in order for them to even confirm and arrange your booking with the hotel.
Without that, you cannot access your room.
These are additional inconvenient requirements that people who have extremely busy schedules may overlook.
I didn't feel comfortable having to send my information through a text message, there was no email or website.
Arrived at the hotel, was informed they needed that information and they didn't even have me in the system.
Called, the representative was very cold, not welcoming or helpful at all, wouldnt stay on the line with me while I completed the needed steps. Once sent didnt hear anything back, I called she said she would review them and would call me back.
She called me back 2 hours later, it was almost 9pm, I drove 4 hours to this place.
I ended up having to make additional arrangements in order to have a place to rest, I’m a disabled Veteran and have conditions that need to be monitored and I need to lay down and rest. After I disclosed that to the representative I was given no accommodations, no additional resources. Nothing. I will be disputing these charges with my bank, I never got to stay on the property I paid.
