Adorable Beach House

We stayed for a few days while our house was being fumigated. The property was clean a perfect fit for our family and two dogs. The owner was very nice and responsive. Great location!

It really is the best location in Deerfield Beach!

Convenient. A fenced in backyard for grandkids. A beach buggy for the beach stuff. Three bedrooms of comfortable beach living. Great communication with host. A place and a rental where the guest can just relax and enjoy a great beach, with food options a couple of minutes walk away. We had a wonderful week and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again! Thanks Dan!

Extended trip for appointments

We were staying next door at another rental and in the arra for my elderly father”s doctor appointments. Luckily Dan”s place was available. He was so nice to let is check im a few hours early which helped with the cold items we had in the fridge from the previous stay. The place suited our needs. He has everything you need The area is so close to the beach. We’ll likely rent again and next time bring our 2 small dogs.

Best Location Ever!!

This house was very comfortable and had everything you needed. It is so close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops that it could not be better. The property manager was super communicative and we really enjoyed our stay. The big, beautiful backyard was a major plus for our dog. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Deerfield Beach!!

Perfect Location for Family StayCation

This was a perfect location for a family staycation. The house was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach, local shops and pubs. The house had everything we needed for our stay which made it very homey. The screen porch was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning while enjoying the sunshine. The communication was outstanding and everything about the stay was just super easy and perfect!

Awesome vacation getaway

Our host Dan was quick to respond and was super friendly. The house is in a great location that is within walking distance to bars, restaurant’s and a beautiful beach! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the screened in porch was a great gathering place for an evening drink or morning coffee. I would highly recommend this place for a fun vacation getaway.

Highly recommend!

We loved 1926 and would come back in a heartbeat. The house is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The screened in porch and outdoor shower are a huge plus. We enjoyed the access to the beach. Despite being very close to the heart of Deerfield Beach, it was very quiet. Dan’s communications were timely and detailed. Highly recommend!

Great location but no so clean

The property is located in a good neighborhood, very close to restaurants and beach (walkable). The kitchen is equipped with all essentials and they also have several beach toys and chairs. However, we did not find the house very clean. There were several worms and lots of cockroaches !! The couches in the living room also need an upgrade.

Great house!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It really had everything we needed! From beach carts to strollers to boogie boards, to all kitchen appliances and even spices, we really felt at home. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and pier, cute street and town and everything is really walkable. Highly recommended!

We were thrilled with the property, the location was so close to all the action including the beach. We walked out the door and in five minutes we were putting our feet on the sand. Everything was within walking distance.

Had a BLAST!!!

My son and his 2 teenage friends and I stayed at your Deerfield Beach house. It was perfect. We each had our own beds and the house was perfect distance to the beach, so the boys were able to ride around on their skateboards and I could walk (even with injuries) to the beach because it was so close. The owner Dan is great! We stopped by to introduce himself, brought a new fan over when the one we had was broken and would text me through out the week to see if everything was good and if I was ok. Highly recommended!!!

Ideal VRBO stay

The house was as advertised with the beach a 5-7 minute walk and plenty of restaurants and other shops nearby (3 ice cream parlors within walking distance!). The beach is great. The part of Deerfield Beach the beach is in is loud (see above), but the neighborhood where the house sits is quiet and peaceful. We flew in, so we didn't have a car, and the nearest supermarket was a mile away, but we were able to use the beach carts from the house to carry the groceries back and the kitchen is good enough to prepare almost every meal. Last note, I saw people write that they met Dan and he stopped by for a drink, etc. I may be weird, but I actually prefer to pretend its my house/cabin and NOT meet with Dan. He accommodated those wishes spectacularly and STILL responded to any question in less than 30 minutes on email. We had a really good week,
